We had a very happy stay at The Story. The rooms were quite spacious are the service was very good. The resort had an entertainment room with some indoor games to keep the kids engaged. We would like to thank the following staff who made our stay memorable. Prince - front office executive Deva Dharshini, Saravanan, Vijay and Prashant in the restaurant.

We stayed in The Story resort & Spa for 2 days. To clarify it's not resort, there is no facilities like a resort. No swimming pool & spa, false claim. Rooms are good, very clean and maintained well. Their restaurant is pathetic, food is worst. One of the worst breakfast I have ever had, none of the items were hot at 9.15am, many items were over and no proper response from staff when asked to refill. Last day crowd was less & they said they would serve instead of buffet, we had to ask everything 2-3 times and only then they served with weird face. They won't provide packaged water bottles as complimentary, they provide tap water. They take more than 1hr to serve food ordered to the room. Overall not happy and wouldn't recommend anyone to visit.

We stayed here for 3 days. Had one of our best experiences. Resort is very well maintained and includes indoor games and camp fire. All the staffs are polite and have a very good attitude. Rooms are clean and spacious. Near to the city center. Highly recommended for friends and family to relax.

'The Story' resort in Yercaud, is an excellent place to stay for a very reasonable cost and would highly recommend for anyone looking to have a pleasant & enjoyable stay. It's location is highly ideal for those with families as its very close to Sky walk park and Pagoda view point to keep everyone easily entertained ! Built only a few years ago, the rooms were very spacious & sparkling clean including the bathrooms. It was extremely well maintained even from pest/instect control aspects. It had a wide range of rooms and would recommend staying in the beauriful 'boutique' room as it was built very aesthetically. Besides the amazing the rooms, the stay was made pleasant by the people. Staff here are extremely polite & hospitable especially Ravi & Rhiya. Thanks to chef Sundaram & team, we had hearty meals on all days with a lot of variety. We were able to enjoy amazing tasty food both in the restaurant and room, thanks to the quick room service. The resort outdoors was the perfect destination to take an evening stroll to take-in all the beautiful gardens & beautifully planned greenery. It was the perfect destination for a relaxing & fun vacation with all the comforts and care. Definitely recommend staying here for your next vacation.

An amazing experience staying with this property. Very new property , with great interiors and design carefully & passionately curated by the property owner. I would have given 5 rating, but the only flip side is FOOD. A happy stomach leads to a happy mind. Though food is a relative matter depending upon one's own taste, but somehow I still think there's a huge scope for improvement on the food taste. I tried both south indian and North Indian cuisine, it was pathetic to be honest. And a special mention about the service attitude of the front office reception, Ms.Riya, she was very helpful by attending to all the queries very patiently.

had an absolutely amazing experience at "The Story Resort" and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly hospitable and welcoming. The accommodations themselves were top-notch. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all of the amenities we could have possibly needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept like babies each night.

I would want to rate it 5 star as rooms, location and service is so awesome and peaceful. We stayed there one night in the room above reception which is secluded and good view. Now the reason why i am reducing the star is we spotted and 3 feet thin snake hiding in balcony bamboo and house keeping their helped to get rid of it and seems they know to catch snake, very helpful and thrilled. Totally understood its forest and this is one side agreeable. But if there was a kid and if accidentally we touched it , the things would have went bad. We requested if there is other room available and due to night the guy their in front desk denied due to unavailable . But to our surprise when we checked with front desk morning during checkout , it seems there were one room available and we wonder could have been given to us and i would have rated 5. Name suggests resort and spa, but spa is missing . I am also adding the photo of what i am talking about
