The Stay Inn Hotel - Hotel in Visakhapatnam - Visakhapatanam, India

Rooms and interiors are very good. Need to improve the restaurant. But OYO Customer care is very worst. Becasue, This is the first booking from me. Wrongly booked WQF08313. I contacted your customer cate for transfer the amount to R1RB7471. But still now my amount is not credited in my account. Kindly do me a favour to credit my amount to my account...

The room was average. The service could have been better. The restaurant was closed. They told to order food via online. The bathroom was the worst part of it. The door was broken from inside. The exhaust fan was broken and as usual nit working. It was not clean upto the mark. They gave complimentary water bottle and soap and one sachet of shampoo. The staffs were good and polite. It seems the hotel is a dying one.

The hotel 'was' very good one and 'is' average hotel. Rooms were not that much clean. The door of bathroom was broken. The exhaust fan was not working and broken. It seemed that the hotel was a dying one. The location is very good only 1.5 km from R K beach near zilla parishad and just behind blood bank.

Firstly, I have faced the most unwelcomed receptionist in my life. He was extremely rude to all of our queries. The hotel should look into staffs training. 2ndly, the washroom was not at all clean, shower was not working, washroom window was broken, gate was partly damaged. It has not gone into maintenance for years. 3rdly, There was no Wifi, major turn off for people working while travelling. The only good part was, the location of the hotel.

excellent room , staffs could have been experienced and fast..room and the location is excellent.but the staff behaviour of a boy receptionist wasn't as fast as expected. it took 30mins for check in. it could have been better.nwe took 3 rooms and asked him to give all 3 in same floor but first he denied saying room isn't available. then after 15 mins of argument he gave the room in same floor and all the rooms were vacant.nnnot satisfied in this case

Very bad experience ever . Day 1 i found some insects inside the room (at mattress) . So i asked them for changing the room . But unfortunately i found the same situation in new room too. Due to that i could not sleep properly both the nights because the insects bite cause skin irritations. Complained at the reception but didn't get any positive response from them. So i dont recommend this hotel .

The behavior at the reception is very rude don't know why they captured my photos and stored in a app. When asked told its their policy never dealt with such a thing in other oyo. And not a got a friendly help regarding the extension of room

Asked extra amount 500 on which I payed completely. In between of asking why we need to pay extra money... That lady directly saying... Sorry.. There are no rooms available... Such a worst behavior... They don't know how to deal with customer .. Where as I payed 500 and took the room.. Such a worst... Experience I had.. Please be check.. This proper..
