Best place to stay in Madurai!! Excellent rooms, roof top restaurant with lake view. Great service.

Had a good night and a peaceful stay at a reasonable price. Didn't have time to explore all the services provided here. The lavatory is well maintained and stocked with clean supplies everyday. It's a good choice to consider in your travels.

Unhygienic and delayed food service. Taste of food was also below average. After taking order staff disappeared so you cant even ask for anything else. Worst restaurant service I have ever seen. If you call reception for a service, they say they will be delivering it in 2-3 mins and then they forget. They listened when i went and talked at reception in person though. If you book for 3 people even then they give very small room such that it could hardly accommodate an extra person and provide just mattress, no cot. Highly disappointed with this hotel, its not worth money at all.

Stayed for 3 nights during Dussehra time. Since we didn't pre booked, finding this hotel at 8 o'clock in the evening was pretty surprising. Rooms were pretty neat and tidy, so are the bathrooms. A bit small, but stuffed with small fridge, locker, water heater etc. Located just beside this huge lake, though not clearly visible from the rooms, but the rooftop restaurant have a great view in the evening. Location is serene, not heavily crowded.

The roof top restaurant looks best from the top. But variety cuisine is not available and too costly compared to other roof top restaurants in madurai. The scenic view is excellent as it lays adjacent to the lake. However, the late serving and food quality doesn't match the grandeur.

Hotel is clean and nice. They have a nice TV but no channels (atleast in Room 4006 & Breakfast Hall). When told to the staff, they immediately came for inspection but looks like the subscription was due. Amongst all these, attitude of the staff is quite good and atleast respond to our issues. Good enough to come back for our next visit!

Good hotel and is in a very good location. Very near to the bypass road to trichy-chennai. Very clean beds. Washroom was also well maintained. Rooms facing road has good view of a park and a lake (was dry though). Food is also good. Complementary breakfast had a wife variety in the menu.

Rooms are great... We booked a royal suite and the view was amazing. Very good staff but the roof top restuarant was a night mare experience for us .. apart from that everything else was good... There was some work happening on roof top when we arrived. But must appreciate the staff here..they are very very good... Will try a stay again and review better next time.
