Very worst management. I visited for a reservation but manager was on leave that day. They asked me to come back next day or email. My email is not responded for 7 days now. And whenever I called them, the manager is either on the way or in bathroom I called them 10+ times. Till date, they never called back. It is a bulk booking for 10 rooms in the 2 months advance. No professional courtesy for customers.

A 'BOUTIQUE' HOTEL FOR THE ADVENTURE SEEKERS During our luxurious two-night escapade, we were fortunate enough to encounter an extraordinary array of thrilling surprises. The creatively maintained rooms provided us with the exhilarating challenge of navigating through floor tiles that seemed to have a life of their own. The innovative sticky and artistically stained toilet seat (a majestic work of art by the previous occupant, probably), apparently designed for an interactive experience, added a unique twist to our bathroom endeavors. The touch of vintage with the rusty shower truly transported us to another era. The lack of hanging space for towels and clothes encouraged us to explore our creative side in utilizing alternative spaces. The captivating aroma wafting through the washroom, reminiscent of an avant-garde art installation, left us breathless, quite literally. The suspense of calling the reception a whopping six times, each time met with silence, truly added an element of surprise to our stay. Imagine our delight when we returned to find that our room had been visited by a mysterious stranger, who had generously taken the liberty of relocating our toilet seat without any request from our end. The charming cluelessness of the front desk staff about this artistic rearrangement only enhanced our sense of adventure. The manager's nonchalant response, akin to a theatrical performance, added a dramatic touch to our late-night room relocation. The thrill of being handed the wrong room key, requiring us to embark on an additional journey to the reception that never sleeps, truly added a delightful twist to our stay. We couldn't have asked for a more exhilarating in Chennai. This hotel experience is a must-try for all thrill-seekers! NOW WITHOUT THE SARCASM: Dear management and staff of the Spin 'Boutique' Hotel. We understand that you really don't care about your customers. In that case, you really should consider lowering the tariff to somewhere in the 500 -700 price range, because really, a set of monkeys can do a better job.

Except location and a/c other facilities mentioned are completely wrong. Rooms are ok but no house keeping at all. Toilets are kept worse than public toilets, first time ever had this experience, while taking up the matter very poor response from front office. Bed linen they are changing only once in a while. Bath towels are providing only after repeated requests.

The hotel is good And the management Was also Good really it was new experience of staying away from Home.. And the Rooms are budget friendly and staff were awesome especially Divya in reception he is very kind and humble ad honest to visitors.. so I'm thankful To him.

Hello Don't believe these guys.Very poor service.I have booked 2 double rooms forn12th & 13th Sept 23,& rooms availability reconfirmed on previous day of our journey.When reached in the morning after a tedious train journey,they Says Room is full.Then they r recommending us to some other place.Not Responsible persons.DONT GO..PATHETIC SERVICE

The hotel is good but management need to put some efforts interms of maintenance... otherwise budget frankly and staff were awesome especially Mohammad in reception he is very kind and humble

Terrible experience for the price you pay. Horrible service, unclean and untidy rooms and bathrooms, old and not-maintained rooms is what we get. There are much better options nearby to this hotel for cheaper or similar price. I regret booking this hotel.
