The best place you can think for Fortkochi days.. We have stayed there for couple of days.. It was the best memories we have. Missing the early morning walks and own cooked food. The location is so accessible so that you don't need a own vehicle

It's an average room with minimal maintenance. It is very old kind of room. There is ventilation in room. Rooms are fully closed. Location wise it is okay but room is not good.

Location wise it is okay. But rooms are not that good. Old rooms with no ventilation. Room maintenance can also be improved

We stayed here while we were on our vacation. The property is beautiful. It has a lovely vibe. The host are very polite and welcoming. Rooms were clean and tidy. Just like an average room that you see in a middle class house. Washroom was clean.

It was a great place to stay. Quite, tidy room. Nice garden inside. Fresh water inside. The host is friendly and helpful. In the hall, some of the local people sing together sometimes. It was a good experience, I can recommend it with warm heart.

This place is an old dutch style bungalow. The place is very green, well planted, peaceful and calm. The rooms are well worth the price you pay. There is a table as well if you wish to work. I didn't used the wifi so not sure on this. There are well cleaned veranda with table and chairs to sit and chill on. There may be mosquitoes in some season so good to carry odomoss. The property is managed by someone who is fond of art and music. We also got to be part of a music evening where they specially sung hindi songs for us. The beach is walk able and online food can be ordered. Over all a value for money stay

I really loved the calm and serene location of the house. Also the garden was quite appealing and we got occasional drizzle during our stay which added on to the beauty. We had no issues with the Service , both the host and attendant was extremely polite and very welcoming, their singing session was truly an add on. Now regarding the room, Definitely while I appreciate they have renovated and maintened year old Bungalow. I still felt scope for improvement. The sheets weren't every clean. Walls and switches were worn out. Wadrobes wasn't in usable condition in our room. There was no mirror in the room. A little more importance towards maintaince would make this place a gem to stay. However the room and bed was spacious enough. Would be a budget friendly quick a day or two place for stay.

We planned 5 days trip to Kochi and Alleppey. Out of all the places we stayed this was the worst. Not much light an no ventilation in the rooms. I have highlighted drainage in the bathroom, lot of musqitos were coming from drain pipe, I mean A LOT. Not at all justified for the price you pay and the services you get.
