The Southern Pavilion - Restaurant in Nadathara, Thrissur - Thrissur, India

Ordered an Al faham and got one of the worst I've ever had in my entire life. The chicken was very hard and felt over cooked. We reached by 8:30 pm and there was not even a single person eating there. Still we chose to eat as we didn't have much options around the place. The place was better only for the parking facility and the ambience outside created the the warm lights but food needs lot of improvement. Even the salads served with the Al faham were literally soaked in vinegar that it felt too sour and hence couldn't be consumed at all.

Great Ambiance and great food. The food was great. Wait was very less. I would like to share an experience there... Just as we were entering the hotel and big group of people came in to dine. Within like 10mins the restaurant was full and the kitchen was slammed. Usually when this happens, there is significant delay in serving the food and taste is compromised. However, at the southern pavilion, they managed the rush really well. Almost all the tables were getting food right on time. The food we received was tasty and worth the price. Overall great experience and happy to see the teamwork at the restaurant.

Ambience is great. The interior is simple and elegant. The snacks are good. I have been there for small bites. It has a good access on the road side. Staffs are polite and courteous. Ample parking is available on the road side.

Poor food quality. Will never recommend for any. Don't go by the building size and infra structure. Non of the items were up to the expectation

Sorry I don't know about your food taste. Actually we arrived like 4 clock evening (02/10/2023) then I'm waiting to give order. The guy ( who is taking order) didn't came to us. I'm asking menu for him. He will present me but he didn't inform there is four items only available. Why he presenting menu it's joke or time pass. Any way good luck for you guys may be you people loosing coustomers. Please give to training also how to behaviour coustomers I think he is malayali not North Indian. In north Indian peoples also behaving nicely.......
