I booked a room 2 weeks ago and when I reached there they were saying that the rooms were full , and they are not responsible for this as I had booked through the goibibo app. They were such a dumb people. I recommend not going there .

This hotel is located in the heart of the city. But don't prefer this hotel. No proper room service available. Rooms are good, very spacious and comfortable bathroom. But service was not good. No tissue paper, toilet paper, soap, brushing set, other normal cosmetics etc. Better you can skip this hotel. AC was not stable in room, temperature suddenly falls to 18degc without any manual change.

Only one towel provided per room, per stay irrespective of number of persons staying in the room and irrespective of number of days of stay. Bucket in the washroom is broken. Receptionist never listen to you and never attend your complaint/ request.
Kitchen and conference room are highest dirty and never cleaned.
This location MAY BE good for conferences but NOT even "good" for tourists.

I have been here for the last two days, a very good ambience, a place to go anywhere in Thiruvananthapuram city. like railway station, airport and highway. Good rooms and good attitude and cooperation from the staff. I liked very much.
The rooms were spacious and very clean. It was equipped with AC, table, Chairs and working station. It is 10 min walk to the historic temple and other local attractions.
