The Sky Imperial - Bapu's Resort, Dwarka - Resort hotel in Vachhu - Devbhumi Dwarka, India

I recently stayed at and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the view from my window was stunning. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the area, with plenty of nearby restaurants and attractions. I highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Overall our stay at Bapu's resort was average. We arrived at 4pm and were told our rooms were not ready. We had to wait for around half hour for our rooms even though the check in time is 2pm. There was no one there to help us with our luggage to our rooms. The dinner buffet on the first night there was average. The breakfast on second morning was average again - the Puri was not soft, the idli was hard, Paratha were too thick to name a few examples. We had ordered chai in the room the first night and had to call twice before the chai came almost an hour later. The second night the chai we ordered never came. We never got any towels in the room after house keeping the second day. These are just a few examples for the inconvenience we experienced. I am listing these examples out so future customers hopefully don't experience the same. In short, would never stay there again.

Overall the experience was bad. Would never stay there again. Service was bad, absolutely zero customer service. The food was average to bad. Really bad smell in the front entrance and rooms. Would not recommend this resort to anyone.

Manager talks a lot!!!! which is fine but intrudes into your personal life and stuff which is kind of annoying. Location is quite and calming, the pool is beautiful. Other staff are kind and friendly. Service is great. Rooms could be better

Bad experience about commitment, everything is awesome in this resort, but wen I booked , booking was included brkfast, bt once we reached they said brk fast in nt include, just bcz they hv nt mentioned it in our reciept, so please check ur reciept of booking , dnt trust them blindly , they are very bad at their commitments...... Very bad.....

We have recently visited this place and faced very poor experience. Pathetic Service and staff behaviour is worst. They called it resort but the feeling is like motel even worst to that. Manager is very disrespectful and they simply neglacting our request. Value for money is zero. Worst ever experience. If you want to waste your money they can prefer this motel kind of experience.
