First they gave room us which already used by their staff and without clean. everywhere in room. Rude staff. On the name of room cleaning they stole our toothbrush, toothpaste, facewash etc.and we complained about this, the manager not take any action. No hot water. Spitting in room and washroom also by their own staff. I suggest if you want to ruin your holiday then you can book this hotel.
Bakwas hotel, cockroaches are everywhere not safe for kids, I booked this hotel through goibibo but still initially the person asked me to pay 4800, then I told him I paid online already. Rooms were not clean l, bathroom and all the furniture were broken, Don't waste your money and time
Dirty, unprofessional & rude staff, unmanged property, stay on ur own risk...better hotels near temple...no food or tea outlets nearby...if u have set standards of a hotel in ur mind then they dont meet in this property. Dont go by pictures on their website Actually its very dirty due to mismanged, unprofession and untrained staff.
Rooms are good. However, found issues with AC temperature control, bathroom lock. Also, towels were old.
Rooms Was Good , a bit Smelly but that was Due to weather i think , 2 thing annoyed me that even Was not available and also Water bottel they bring from Out side ( Room service Boy Came And ask For Money first to Buy water Bottel) .
Rooms were very good, if your rooms get dirty you called them they come and clean it , very good staffs are there, there wifi service also good , peaceful staff are there , but sometimes there service is quite slow but doing properly, nice place also
What a pathetic experience of staying at this hotel. Rooms were dirty. Towels were dirty too. Storage is second hand and not cleaned properly. Scary part was that, room 105 was being opened by key of room 106. Skip this hotel at any cost.
It was a horrible place to stay with below standard room condition and very bad quality linens. We checked out in 30 minutes even after paying for 2 nights
