Booked with 6 months in advance, and shortly before I am due to go the booking was cancelled, this has caused issues because it is over the new years dates and all accommodation has risen a lot in price. I noticed they have put my room back up on the website for over PS6000 now
It's a boutique hotel. Spacious rooms. The place is well maintained, nice and cozy. Neat and clean Food is great. Location is also nice The swimming pool is clean and fun. The banyan tree in the compound keeps the place cool and gives a very calm feel to the place. Room service needs to be improved though.
After dozens on reviews on Google Maps it's my first 1 star review. I had a very very BAD experience there. If you want to be well received in an amazing place, just DONT go there. I arrived here happy and tired after a long day of travel. I didnt book online but it was available online. When I arrived there, the owner wanted to charge me almost 2 times the price I saw online. So he told me to book online if I want. I show him their OFFICIAL website on Google maps, I ask him if it's ok if i book there. He tell me yes, so I book and I make the deposit of 10% of the night on the website. 10min after, the owner tell me that he doesnt find the booking, and that the website i booked on is a scam. HE JUST CONFIRMED ME TO BOOK THERE BEFORE. I was never refunded of the money spent on their website (presented as their official website on Google maps). He didnt want. Just dont go there, even of the pictures looks amazing, it's not that beautiful and you will probably not be very well treated. Sorry for this review I know it's not easy to run a business but you have to treat your customers better.

Everything you want in a vacation is there at the villa. Good hospitality, good food, privacy, vibey place & great property. The staff and the housekeeping were exceptional and so helpful. Always smiling and making sure we all had a great time. We rented the whole place it was out of the world! 10/10 recommended
