It is an old shop in main GS Road, Ganeshguri, Guwahati spread over 3 floors. It is visible from main road but don't have parking. You will have to seek authorised parking elsewhere. It has different varieties of silk sarees, mekhla, kurta-pyjama etc. and other accessories. Staff is very cooperative and professional. You can pay by cash or by digital media. It is very popular store for its name and fame. Opens as per market times.
You can get variety of mekhela-sador there. They have very nice collections ranging from low to high. One thing which I like very much is that their mekhela-sador is always ready to wear except blouse. They already do the fall-picko, dohi gutha and side paari beforehand.
One of the best and premium stores to buy Assam Silk in Guwahati. The large three storeyed store has a wide range of Assam Silk collection - eri, muga and pat. One may buy saree, or mekhala sador, or even suit-pieces. For gents dhoti and traditional Assamese gamusa are also available. They also sell small handicraft items- showpieces and ladies accessories.

But very expensive compared to other Assamese traditional clothing stores situated in Panbazar area of Guwahati. A good shopping destination for Assamese traditional handmade cloths.
Everything is fixed price, so good for tourists, if they are interested to buy traditional clothes from Assam. I prefer this place for variety.
