Well equipped except AC. the gym is good with ambiance and great equipments. Classes and training is also good. The main problem is they will not switch on the ac even if the gym is too crowded and hot. If asked they will say the current bill is extreme. But everything is included in fees. You will get tired easily coz of the improper ventilation.
The trainer is too good. And ladies time is an additional advantage. It's been just 10 days of joining and I can see the changes. Staff, ambience and facilities are also nice.
I'm so happy that I decided to join this Gym. Yuvitha ma'am is an excellent trainer. I followed all the diet and exercise chart she gave me and saw good results sooner than I expected. The gym is well equipped and maintained and the staff are very polite.

Gym is great with great trainers but lacking basic ans required amenities such as first aid kit and regular machine checks etc.. Otherwise great place to have your sweat drip out
