We stayed at the hotel as it is near the railway station. The rooms are just okay for a night's stay. The service, food, amenities are just okay. Rooms & bathroom are very clean. Also, towels, bed sheet & pillow cover changes every day. Complimentary breakfast is good.
I travel to delhi for business purpose I book 2 rooms on desk for Rs 3800 they told me to wait for 10mins. To clean the room but they took 1hr. 30mins. To give rooms and I gone into rooms and toilets were very poor
Very Pathetic Rooms, Tidy bed sheets and unclean toilets. Staffs were drunk. Please do not opt this hotel if you're with your family.
So i had booked the room for the first in this for the first time. And my experience was quite bad towards the Manager. As he don't have the manners and the way of talking to his guest. I had visited with my family and he treated us like we are some beggar's, like asking money every time ( asked money for 3rd time in 10 minutes) And when i said i will give you wait a bit he gets angry and saying to leave the rooms. Next morning i call for a cup of coffee he says you had booked 3 rooms and you had vacate 2 rooms as i had taken the booking but I already informed him ki i will stay further. He was very rude so I won't be visiting next time and surely i will complain against him.
Worst service. They are fooling people by charging you more. I don't recommend this hotel.
Only 500 meters far from New Delhi railway station. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious. Room service is also good. The only issue is dirty blankets. Otherwise, you can give it a try.
Hotel room is ok, bathroom not so good. The TV is in the name, does not work. The behavior of the reception staff is not good. Close to the station, but the eateries of Paharganj are far away. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk, moreover the location as well as the environment is not very good. The lights outside the hotel don't even turn on.
Its a old but still competing new hotels. Been here several times from around 10-12 years best to stay in delhi Paharganj and amritsari chur chur naan available at walking distance from here
