Rooms are in pathetic condition with cobwebs. The condition of the bed is too poor. The sanmyka on the bed at the sides is coming out and you can easily get hurt with that. The bedsheet has holes all over. Bathroom door seems to be never ever scrubbed and cleaned. The room phones do not work. Tissue box is empty. Food quality and taste is not upto the mark. They have rooms facing patra shade. So after paying 2700 you get rooms in such a worst state. And suppose if you are planning to stay in suite rooms by paying 4000..... please do not waste your money because you will only suffocate to death since the windows never open and the rooms have AC with no fans. Hence, the smoke and smell is all jammed inside the room making it too suffocating. Highly disappointed. Never ever visit here.

Worst hotel ever in Mumbai, the reception staff is the worst of them. They are very rude and don't care about your concern. If any management person is reading this review please fire your receiption wala guy immediately otherwise no one will come.

Staff Is courteous. Booking experience was awesome. Stay was fine as per our need because of it's proximity to Nanadanvan

Average Place... Staff Is Good and Room service is Fast One thing is very Bad Here ... If you go for offline booking They Will not provide you with deluxe room which is For Rs 2000 , They will sell you the executive one which is 2500-2700. They Will Give you the reason That, We don't provide deluxe room (Rs2000) for 24 Hours,Hence, They Sell you executive and earn 500-700 more which is Very Bad and Total Fraud. I Request to the Hotel This Kind Of Business is Not Good From Your Side.This is So Cheap And Negative ACT.

Overall an OK experience. Nothing much to highlight as all were basic. Wouldn't say staff was cooperative as whenever i used to call them at desk to ask questions they just answer it in one word and hang up the phone blatantly, had to make atleast 2 calls everytime to get things clear. After we checkout in the morning the security personnel at the hotel was trying really hard to convince me to do the boni (start the day with some tip amount) It is understandable if we had our car parked outside for the duration of the stay and that the security people have taken care of it but we were travelling by cab which makes no sense that i do the "boni" and when i refused he turned around murmured something softly which i didn't understand. Wouldn't say if i am gonna visit again.

Horrible experience. Don't ever go to this hotel. when we reached I and my friend both females so reception guy told us as per policy we can't allow two girls to share one room. we didn't find the logic behind it.. we have to stand der for 15 minutes. and after arguing and asking to call manager then he told us we would require ID cards of both girls. we were like it is obvious that we will give ID proofs. What kind of policy this is that they can give rooms to couples but not girls. They then give us very tiny uncomfortable room (we booked executive deluxe room) and then after complain they give us nice room. nobody greeted us during our stay. wen we came from outside after dinner they started talking ye log kon hai and staring at us as if we were aliens.. very bad experience never ever go to this hotel.

Its good but my concern restaurant staff give proper knowledge about food and understand if there is 2 people then suggest dish accordingly....I had order chicken handi/kadai return with price 330 and same in menu same dish written 500 and its very confusion i had order 330 because we have only 2 people and they had given full wala not regular all food got wasted its not about money its about wastage please guide staff..Thanks
