In this gym its really awesome . the trainer gave perfect guidance. now I improved my body . thanks a lot .below I saw some few negative commants I don't know why they are give. For this is best one gym in ayappakam. most of peoples come and pay money but next they are not come I think this kind of people only below mentioned bad comments.
One of the best gyms in and around Ayapakkam with a friendly and approachable trainer.The Trainer here is very professional and guides everyone with patience. The environment is very comfortable with people who don't judge. They even have group sessions that are intense and engaging, which makes going to the gym more fun.
Before joining the gym the way of treating people is different once u paid the fees the trainer will get disappeared u can't find him ! Juz money minded trainer and only u can access treadmill there ! There will be Ac for name sake! So worst gym

The owner doesn't give respect to anyone .If your not willing to take personal training they will comment like anything . Don't join and don't waste your money .
They don't have any training classes it completely waste of your money and time . I am strongly recommending not to join .WORST GYM
