All good, beautiful property, wonderful hospitality and courteous staff, great rooms - spacious and clean. Decent Breakfast spread, I feel the options for Alacarte' dining menu is limited and not exciting. We were well taken care of.

During my visit in December, I had the pleasure of experiencing the remarkable qualities of this establishment. From the moment I stepped inside, we were greeted with a warm welcome and a delightful ambiance that instantly put me at ease. The environment exuded a sense of comfort and sophistication, setting the stage for an enjoyable dining experience. The staff deserves special commendation for their impeccable hospitality. They were not only attentive and accommodating but also displayed a genuine passion for providing exceptional service. Mr. Wilfred, the manager, stood out in particular, as he went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of extraordinary. His recommendations for both food and cocktails were exquisite, reflecting his deep understanding of flavors and his dedication to providing a memorable culinary journey. What truly impressed me was the staff's ability to make me feel right at home. Their friendly demeanor and warm hospitality created an inviting atmosphere that made me want to linger longer. They attended to my every need with utmost care and attention, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my visit. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a remarkable dining experience. The combination of a welcoming ambiance, delectable cuisine, and exceptional hospitality sets it apart from the rest. My heartfelt thanks to Mr. Wilfred and the entire staff for their outstanding service, making my visit truly unforgettable.

Oh my God! What an experience we had. Excellent, fantastic, and marvelous. We had booked 2 rooms with private swimming pools. We went there just for relaxation and to celebrate the birthday of one of the family members. The entry to this property itself was so relaxing. The greenery around and the coffee plantations. We tried their spa service, and what a relaxation... we tried their nature walk, and the guide was excellent... We used their bicycle service and explored their property. Bird watching, indoor games, their swimming pool... each and everything was excellent. Such a vast and unique property just 5 hours from Bangalore... would surely revisit them for sure.

Beautiful Resort, the villa we stayed in had a private swimming pool the room was excellently kept and tastefully designed, housekeeping was up to the mark and service was Swift. All the staff in the resort were ever smiling and always reaching out to help and assist. Breakfast spread was optimum and the chefs obliged by fulfilling special demands. The resort is lush green surrounded by coffee plants and various flora fauna, cycling around the resort was especially fun. Chikmanglur city is 10 mins drive from the resort and can be a little challenging if not traveling in your own vehicle. I will definitely return thanks Serai for a lovely holiday.

I loved my stay at this resort. It's full of greenery, and at a very calm & quiet place. Would like to especially thank Ms Ashwini (at reception), who helped us plan our day sightseeing activities while we were at Chikmagalur, and Mr. Wilfred Sequeira (F&B Manager), who ensured that the food prepared was excellent. He also went out of the way to accommodate special food requests.

The experience was very good. Big rooms, almost like a second home. Bath tub, private pool, it was the perfect vacation home. Food was great. They even have cycles on the premise! So you just pick one and whizz away.

Stayed at this luxurious resort for a night during the beautiful rainy season of Chikmaglur and thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are spacious with a private pool and a massive washroom to complement. One small grouse I have is that their bathroom floor is quite slippery and you have to be extremely careful when using the bathroom, specially when you come out of the bathtub. I suggest the management to either place a mat near the bathtub or to have slightly rough flooring of the bathroom to prevent slippage. The overall property is located inside a massive coffee estate and is very well maintained. They have a vast swimming pool along with other amenities like billiards table, table tennis, cycling, chess etc. available to use and enjoy. The breakfast spread is quite extensive and has a good mix of south India, north Indian as well as continental dishes. Service is first-class and second to none. Right from the time you arrive to the time you depart, the staff is extremely warm and courteous. They are immensely welcoming and try their best to fulfill all your needs. A place definitely worth visiting if you're looking for luxury resorts around Chikmaglur.

Visited for all day service.....no proper response from the management.....when asked about the quality of food.... There response was (cook is on leave). Location was good 5* Room's might be excellent not been there so 5* Service 1* for the cafeteria guy.....he did his best
