The Senator Hotel - Hotel in Kolkata - Kolkata, India

I was at this hotel for 4 days the locality is awesome and happening crowd arround. Room Service was also good. The only and most disturbing concern in these 4 days was my room which was having transparent washrooms (same with the replaced room) which is very disturbing, if somebody sleeps and simultaneously the roommate switches the washroom lights it will reflect directly and brightly in your eyes. So for those who wants complete lights off, your sleep schedule will hit badly. Further washrooms were not as per 3 star hotel, it were just below the par and old fashioned lacking the infra. I wonder how they claimed 3 star .!!

Well maintained and clean rooms, polite and sincere staff along with a convenient location from the airport/howrah station. Good location to stay. It also has a restaurant and they serve quite delicious and wholesome food.

The Senator Hotel has great rooms and an extremely jovial and amiable staff. The rooms are decently priced and are kept clean by room service every day. They will help you out any time you want and with any query you have. The managers are very kind and even helped me get an urgent printout for free. The location is just amazing, quite close to all the happening places in Park Street. Lot of taxis and cabs stand outside the hotel which is very accessible. Loved my stay here and would recommend it highly to others.

I recently had a business lunch and office meeting at Senator Hotel and I was beyond impressed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the atmosphere was a perfect balance of professional and relaxed, and the food was excellent. The service was top notch and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. Highly recommend this place for any business event.

Great place to stay, they allowed early check in for me without any charge. Hotel staff is extremely kind and helpful, the rooms are kept clean and room service team is always available for guests' needs. Excellent location, close to all the restaurants and pubs in Park street

Rooms, services, staff behaviour, amenities everything was good. If the rooms have a balcony and the price was a little bit cheaper then i must say the hotel was perfect.

Rooms are good but the service is pathetic. We had to call 3 times and wait for half an hour just to get drinking water. We wanted to order some food with room service but the people were too busy to even receive our calls to take the order.

Average rooms, very poor room service,limited food variety,cook of the hotel add sugar in each and every meal even in prantha, curd,yellow dal.Old and outdated electrical equipment.
