110 out of 100 in terms of hospitality. The staff will always try to help you with a smile. The food is exceptionally good. Location is great. The Murti river flows just beside the resort. Very often animals like elephants, deer and rhinoceros come grazing here. Rooms are big. They are working on few more amenities. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner. Such a down to earth person. And the manager of the resort Mr. Chayan Laha is a very helpful person. He will always help you. My family stayed here for 4 days in the Durga Puja. The hotel had arranged a big Durga Puja event from Sashti to Dashami. We felt like we were attending the Puja of our own campus. Pushpanjali , Bhog , Sandhi Puja , Cultural events, etc, etc, ... nothing was missed. They even arrange New Year's Eve event in their resort in a package system. A very new resort. But it is bound to be a very popular destination in future. Finally my heartfelt thanks to the resort people to make my Durga Puja so much special.

Suddenly decided to go Dooars....got the availability of room in this resort... Arrived in the evening.....met the warm welcome of the staffs.... evening snacks with tea proved me that the chef is our likewise...got delicious food everyday... excellent hospitality...rooms were big & clean...large campus with swimming pool is very much attractive... afterall got the opportunity to meet the owner having down-to-earth attitude inspired me to visit the property again ... It's a cost worthy property by location, hospitality, bigger campus, large cleaned room, fooding & so on....

A giant place in the middle of a forest. We had a gala time. I loved the size of room and the big lawns. Had 2 green and open lawn near swimming pool to host a normal event and then have big size lawn too where we can have a good marriage reception. Overall I liked the place as it's not clumsy

Great atmosphere throughout the hotel and theres touch of nature in every corner. Room is very spacious and comfortable bed. Breakfast is good at the Eden Pavilion with attentive waiting stuffs. Other stuff at the reception are also very welcoming and helpful. I have enjoyed my stay very much and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended.

Rooms are well decorated with all the latest amenities. Room size is good enough for a family. The bathroom is big and fitted with all the latest fittings. The surrounding area is huge with lush green grass covered. The swimming pool is good with two baby pools but not frequently maintained. Jungle and the Murti River is at stone throwing distance. The staff and reception are very gentle.

Total dirty place, managers are not good. The food is very very unhygienic. The resort is a like to disco night club. Over all very dirty place. Night party resort. Don't go please
