Good and clean place to stay. Helpful and friendly staff. Only negative point is that even though it is a single room apartment, it didn't have fridge or even a kettle. I had to ask for a fridge which they later provided. But there was no kettle. The small kitchen in the suite had no appliance. Otherwise very good.

What an amazing STAY. I was greeted with such kindness and this continued throughout my stay. I booked the Suite room and my room was situated on the 2nd Floor. The room was fantastic. Clean, modern, and had a fantastic view. The rooms were big for City standards. Spacious parking, The restaurant located inside the hotel was delicious. I dined here for breakfast and dinner. Worth every penny spent...Also conveniently located for temple visits, laundry facilities with reasonable cost, a homey place to stay with comfort, safe and folksy ambience.

One of the best places to stay in trichy!!! We stayed in family suite. I travelled with my 5 month old and my biggest concern was cleanliness as the newborn would be highly vulnerable to infections and they lived up to the expectations we had. Food 5/5, location 5/5, room service 5/5, Parking 5/5. Helpful front desk as well! Thanks a ton :)

This is my first visit to this hotel, and I am delighted to be here. I stayed here in a suite which is very comfortable The check-in was quick, the room size, its cleanliness, its interiors and amenities were actually class apart. The easy accessibility to the property was an added advantage. The rooms were quite comfortable and the views were fine if not scenic. The stay was refreshing and revitalizing every moment. The toilet and bathing accessories were all properly there and the linens, curtains of the room were very neat and clean. The food was delicious every item. Be it its freshness, variety, presentation and the hospitable way it was served; all were flawless and impeccable. The staff members on the whole were well-groomed, soft spoken, courteous and highly professional. The price was really economical and the level of service provided by The Scarlet Srirangam impressed me. They were courteous, prompt, and attentive to all customers. It's family friendly and whenever you visit the family, it's the best option you have for staying. Also, the staff here when they go about their work, they are frequently cheerful and smiley. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and I greatly appreciate their efforts to provide excellent service. Amazing atmosphere and great Service. Our server was very Knowledgeable and friendly. Congratulations and keep up the good work. I will undoubtedly return back in the future.

I wish google had an option of negative star rating. We had booked 11 rooms for 3 days and 6 rooms for 1 day in the month of August 2023 for a family function. We had to pay upfront the full money before we could check in (close to 1,05,000 RS). The rooms were very very below par in terms of cleanliness. The sheets were stained and not at all washed/ cleaned. The rooms had food odor and cigarette smoke from previous guests which stayed as the rooms were not ventilated properly. To mask the odor, they used cheap room spray to mask the smell and did not open the windows to ventilate before the guests move-in. This cheap room spray caused nausea and irritation in the nose. If you have elderly guests or children, please avoid this place as this may cause some breathing issues. The front desk was very rude and had no sense of customer service. There was a subtle threat of involving police upon questioning the quality of the hotel. The front desk on questioning about the cleanliness of the rooms had the audacity to say that "you have to stay in the room with the level of cleanliness the previous guests left it in". We also had bookings in another home stay on Salai road (Round House) which was around half the price, better customer service, very clean rooms and no threat to the customer. Please stay away from this place!! After reading the response from the owner - the viewers of this review can decide whether I (reviewer) or Scarlet owner response is right or wrong. But I stand clear the rooms and service was below par. That is my last word on this issue.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Scarlet and it was a good decision. Booked it online by seeing property pics and calling to management prior. I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff's hospitality was outstanding, making me feel truly welcome. The hotel's ambiance is charming and elegant, with good food that creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing me with all the comfort and amenities. The bed was neat and clean. One of the standout features of this hotel is its dining options. The on-site restaurant offers a variety of dishes. Whether you're in the mood for local cuisine you'll find something to satisfy your taste buds. I had idli as it's my favourite . You can visit nearby restaurants too if u want a pure local tatse.The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive. The hotel's location is also a major plus. It's conveniently situated near several temples and has easy access to transportation, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. The level of service provided by the staff was nice. They were always ready to assist with any request and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as enjoyable as possible. The best thing I called the management at 1am and they provided some snacks for my midnight appetite. Overall a good experience I recommend the hotel.

This is a great place to stop midway during any long drive. Soaciaous apartment style room made it feel like a home rather than hotel. Excellent breakfast was just what we needed before heading to kodai. The hotel provided high quality food for our driver Nd found an excellent second hotel for him to stay and rest just few hundred meter away . Overall one of the best mid way stops ever .

Rooms are average. AC wasn't working properly in the first room we got. Had to call couple of times to get it checked. Turns out a problem with AC unit. Then got room changed. AC was better in that room. Not worth the price. Breakfast was complimentary and good.
