The Samita Grand Manali - Hotel in Manali - Kullu, India

The staff is very helpful, courteous, & prompt in their services. The person at the reception was very helpful & arranged taxi for us promptly ensuring that the driver doesn't drive rashly & shows us all the relevant places around. After getting stuck in the traffic for 10 hrs with my daughter in the Volvo, it was a great relief to have such helpful staff. Also the room was spacious & neat & clean. The location is good as well, with snowy hilltop view from the room. I would recommend to family & friends. Would definitely stay there when we visit Manali again.

Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. All meals was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful.The location is great. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again.

It's really great experience at Hotel. Room and Room service is excellent. Food is top quality with hygiene and test. Location is best and Hill view from balcony. Enjoyed a lot with hotel service with 3 days stay. It's really worth visiting hotel.

This hotel is less than I can say... The service providing people here are very caring and prompt.... The food taste here is very beautiful and very hygienic. Moreover, I liked the location of this hotel very much... it is perfect for quiet and solitude.

Excellent Hotel, with a great view and amazing service. The staff is very cooperative, polite and courteous and made our stay very comfortable and also specially thankful to Mr omprakash . The property is well-maintained and well kept. Food was delicious and very satisfying. Overall, our stay was truly memorable and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a quite holiday in the Mountains

It was great experience of staying in this hotel , they provide very good service also they take care of you very well , whenever you need anything you just need to call reception they will provide you in time so it was overall very good experience. Staying here is like you are surrounded by snow hills , gallary view is fabulous. I came in Manali with our Group and due to stay in this hotel it was great trip.

We have booked 2 rooms for 3 days. Room are not clean. Very poor service. We need to call them 3 times . Power failure in night but no generator back up. Hotel is in very congested area. Food quality is very bad. They said its Paneer Sabji but we call it is Paneer Daal. No thick gravy. We stayed 3 days and sweet is same for all three days (Kheer). Discotheque music in dining space, common music system in dining space and discotheque. One can not enjoy dinner peacefully. In summary not value for money.
