THE SAIEN - Hotel in Puri - Puri, India

Its good stay ..location is supreme , I will give 5 star for that. But other services needs to be improved e.g. kitchen is open only for specific period. No hot water service for drinking.Washroom not upto the mark. Its charging a lot due to location.

Visit the hotel in last month. The location was very good. But the worst hotel have ever stayed. Staff behavior was very rude. They don't maintain the minimum curtsey. No room maintenance. No service. Infact the AC was not working properly for 3 days. Requesting everyone to avoid the hotel.

First of all, I want to give rating for this hotel as one star only. Below I am sharing my personal experience with hotel. I have booked this hotel through call on mentioned number in google. I got sea face room that was good and apart from that all service are worst. Before booking I told at hotel that I am travelling with 2 year child and wife and due to that I need early check-in so they told we can't give early check-in but what we can give for you once reached we can take your luggage and keep with us and provide you the washroom where you can get fresh. So I agreed on that and paid the payment. After that once I reached there hotel gate was not opened and when I have called booking number they said that its too early and gate will open at 6:30 and they have send me the rule and regulation screen shot with mentioned "Please follow rules". So I went to beach side and after 1 hour its was raining and we were stuck in rain with my two year child. Next Once I got room, I told please do clean as room was not cleaned properly and I went beach side and after 3 hour once I back still same condition. I had asked for water so they said, few hour back only I have given water. Is this service is good?

Room is very good. Price is very high. but probleam is can not open window.if you open window they take a fine 5000 ruppes . I think 5star hotel does not exist..and also staf behaviour very bad.

Nothing good except for a handful of good staff and the location , even though car won't reach the entrance . Very poor maintenance, dirty non functional bathrooms, dirty towels, no humbleness or basic cooperation from the owner , the main motive is nothing but extracting money . They mention wifi services but no wifi services provided , geysers don't work until u ask them to switch it on and the phones in rooms don't work . Over priced bad food and they don't provide services on time . Terrible experience and won't ever recommend it to anyone .

Really good accomodation at fair price. View of sea is fantastic from rooms, facing beach. Reaching the hotel is very easy as it is located just beside the marine drive main road. Swargadwar market , famous Kakatua sweet shop & good restaurants are just few meters away. Rooms are clean with functioning ACs & geysers. Furnitures & interior decorations including toileteries are all upto the salt & satisfies a room seeker's all basic needs. Rooms & toilets including floors are regularly cleaned. Tea is served at room but its price has to be paid separately. Check out time is 7 am but tourists are allowed to keep their luggage at reception for longer period before they finally depart as per their train/flight schedule. If Extra person wants to stay in a room he/she needs to pay for the extra cot as token charge. Child below 12 is not charged for extra cot. There is no swimming pool or bar in the hotel. Environment is homely & very friendly.

Worst experience ever!!! They gave that they have wifi facilities but no wifi availability is here and after paying a large amount for the sea facing room they told that we can't open the windows and they locked the windows. And if we open the window they will fine 5000/- from us. No cooperation with customers, rude behaviour. First of all they are not letting us to open the windows and there is no ventilation in the whole room, rooms are very much suffocating.
