Third class hotel. Zero service. Manager Tahir is the worst person who is ruining this property. No electricity. No proper room service. Not even a single star hotel. Please please avoid this third class saffron hotel. We regret we stayed in this bakwaas lodge.

The hotel claims that it is on 4 star standards but it is actually a 2 star hotel. Just getting the interiors done nicely doesn't qualify the hotel as 4 star, the services have to bebas such. The amneties in the room and toilet does not make it of 4 star standards. If they would have claimed themselves as a 2 or 3 star hotel, I would have given them a better rating.y

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel. It exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff who provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities I needed to feel at home. One of the highlights of the hotel was the exceptional washroom facilities. They were always impeccably clean and provided all the necessary toiletries. I also appreciated the unique handicraft shop located inside the hotel, which offered a wide range of high-quality products at reasonable prices. The hotel's restaurant was also fantastic, offering delicious meals made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. The menu had a great variety of options, and the staff were always happy to make recommendations. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The service, washroom, handicraft shop, and restaurant were all exceptional, and I look forward to returning in the future.

It's a new hotel in a plush location good interiors and really sweet staff and that's abt it nothing more to rave abt this hotel ..The washroom drawer was broken, the tub leaked and there were bugs in the washroom .Now coming to the food there were two things in the breakfast menu really bad Paratha and bread and eggs that's it ..bad tea is served. only if u are ready to pay they give u good tea and food from the restaurant..pls avoid this hotel if your tour agent gives u this option ...

Hotel saffron is very good property. Staff is nice. The only problem is food. Food quality is medium. Plates and crockery is not clean. I think they just put the crockery in a water bucket and and keep them on dinning table without cleaning.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days recently but experienced a very bad experience as when power supply went, no generator was started, a lot of suffocation became inside the room as there was no fan provided & all windows were fixed, very poor planning of ventilation. There were mosquitoes and flies inside room. Exhaust fan in bathroom was too noisy. Wooden frame of windows was eaten by ants. Walls were giving ugly look due to poor paint finish. Frezzer compartment in fridge was not making ice. Only half litre bottle of water was served only for 2 pax but they demanded extra charge for 3rd bottle for a paid 3rd pax. Lastly food was tasteless, paranthas were served cold and cutlery was not cleaned properly and hygenically as we had complimentary B fast and dinner but we took dinner outside on second night. For food quality I have never ever experienced such a worst, tasteless food. Even food on house boat was much better than this

Very bad experience at this hotel. Restaurant staff is very rude. We didn't got breakfast and everything was over by 9:30 however breakfast timings are 8 - 10, restaurant staff admitted to me there is problem of food here and they charge you hefty amount of 1000 Rs for breakfast and still you don't get it. Don't book here you will regret it.
