The Runway Inn Resort - Resort hotel in Mysuru - Mysuru, India

when we reached at 9 pm room was not ready. this is not hotel its lodge, only one person as care taker who do no has any interest to help. whatever available you need to manage. not tower provided, dirty room full of used water bottles and other stuff below bed. this is not at all suggested for family.no one to listen. food provided was very bad, no option if you late. if you need anything after 10 pm you need to go out for 5 km.no service, one one person as care taker very rude to talk. I recommended not to list this property at resort or hotel.

This is one of the best affordable hotels in mysore Outskirts, unfortunately there are some bad reviews rolled on , please donot belive them, for this Oct 1st 2023 we stayed in the hotel, service is very polite and there is enough parking place for car here , food is served even at 12 pm thats great thing here, yes it is very far from the mysore tourist places but , if u have a car it is worth to stay here , toilers and surrondings are very neat , Yes there is Bar in the primises but that will be closed by 11 and we cant find any neusence for family, i stayed with my wofe and a kid of 2 years so safely one can opt this place

1.) It is not a resort. 2.) The mountain is far far away. So do not book it based on its description and edited photos of owner and other guests. 3.) There was no reception, we were welcomed by a rude man sleeping on floor. 4.) Their hotel is on Oyo, but when we tried to check in the man said we don't take guests from Oyo, go talk to the company. 5.) As per the location, it's far away from the city.

If it's a bachelor trip you can definitely go and explore, as you have a bar just beside it & lawn where you can have your dinner and party. As I had been with family , though the time I had travelled we didn't have people using the lawns, but again depends on the same. Location wise it's w quite decent- palace, zoo, etc are all around 10-12 KMS The place is in outskirts ( Lil interior) But it was good.

Think twice before book this hotel. One of the worst hotel I have ever seen. We reached around night 8pm and before I told them to make the rooms ready, I had booked 2 rooms and none of them cleaned. when we asked for cleaning the rude staff was arguing with us and told you can leave. Break fast suppose to be given but they told we are not serving you can reach to Oyo. Somany argument happened and it was not at all good stay.

I wish I could give a 0 rating. Worst hotel stay. Spider web, hundreds of mosquitoes, so many insects that might get inside ears while sleeping. Cockroach in bathroom, stinky like public toilet. I will never ever visit this place again. We went with our 3 children. We kept cotton in ears and slept that just one night later ran away from that place.

Rooms re ok . No hot water gyser under repair no maintenance Just stayed in poorly maintained

1. Area wise, this place is on the ring road, little away from the city. Probably, people who r travelling by cars or bikes can find this place easily via maps 2. There were only 2 staffs here out of which one was the care taker, who was very friendly and understanding 3. I booked two rooms - one for my husband, daughter and myself and the other one for my father-in-law and mother-in-law. However the resort's caretaker understood that v were a family and offered us a single big room with two king size beds. This helped my in laws to spend more time with their grand daughter and were so happy about it 4. The washroom was neat with 24 x 7 hot water 5. The ac and TV were in good condition and v used it nicely 6. The place has a restaurant and bar in it, where people sit in the garden outside, drink, eat and watch ipl Match on projector. The kitchen might b little noisy, but trust me, if u r closing your doors n sleeping or chilling inside the room, none of those noises will b any disturbance. I had my stay for 3 days and 2 nights and all the days i was in peace and comfortable 7. My 6 year old daughter loved the place because it was clean, peaceful, and mainly coz it had 4 cute ducks around all the time 8. The parking space is huge enough to fit more than 5 cars. Rest assured, i loved the stay very much. Thanks again!!!
