The Ruby Arena - Hotel in Thiruvananthapuram - Thiruvananthapuram, India

Reception staff needs more training. They charged me Rs. 400 for breakfast, but never told. I lost money the first day when I additionally purchased another breakfast. Some staff have no clue on terms like check-in/out. Did not even know I had paid on full, and I received multiple calls later to check! BUT, Restaurant management is 5 *****. Food is 5 *****. Executive Bar staff is superb. Restaurant waiters are hotel management students. I like that the facility is used for training new talent. The room is good, but the washroom is dated. Water pressure is bad, and floor 7 and raucous rooftop party goers can be expected to be heard till 10 pm. The room is overpriced because it is close to the medical college.

We have conducted a function a Ruby arena today. We are really happy with the staff service and food. They had a wide variety of food which was delicious and of high quality. Really enjoyed it. Staff were very well mannered and helpful. The entire team of Ruby arena has very well managed each and every aspects of the function and we are really thankful to them for making our function to be this successful. Their hospitality and service is well appreciated. Thank you

Visited the Amazon rooftop bar with a friend. Around 6pm and it was full with a trendy crowd of young men and women. Managed to get a small table by one side. The view outside from the sides is awesome, especially during the monsoon. Service is good, same for the snacks we ordered too.

We went to try the Amazon Roof Top experience but we had to move to the lounge in 2nd floor. Those who are looking for an ambience and quiet place, roof top is not an option as it is crowded and so noisy. Service also will have some delays. But the lounge experience was awesome and food was good. It's affordable also. Recommended.

Booked the stay for my cousin and family last month. They told me that the staffs are so polite and friendly. The food is good and they had a very pleasant stay. Special gratitude to Smt Athira Raj , Guest Relations for all the support

My visit to Ruby Arena Amazon was a nightmare from start to finish. The service was beyond terrible; it seemed like the staff had taken a crash course in how to ignore customers. To add insult to injury, our order must have been prepared in another dimension, as it took so long to reach our table that I questioned if it would ever show up. The staff's attitude was nothing short of abhorrent, as they acted as if we were a nuisance rather than paying customers. I can't stress enough how strongly I advise you to avoid this place like the plague. It's a black hole of incompetence and rudeness that should be shut down immediately.

If you are looking for a hygienic and Pleasant Stay, The Ruby Arena will be the Perfect Choice. Good Service, Perfect Location, great Food.. What more!!! Staffs are really helpful and Kind. Amazon Rooftop is a fabulous place to chill out and to spend your weekends and Evenings. Excellent Stay and Service!! Just Wow Highly Recommended
