Pathetic, rude staff. Man at the reception doesn't know how to talk. Toiletries were provided after several calls. No one came to lift the luggage after several calls at the time of checkout and literally I have to carry all the luggage by myself for my whole family for 3 floors. For food you have to wait for a long time in resturant. Pathetic that's all I can say.
No view was visible from the room I stayed on but overall the stay was a Decent Experience. Management was really good. Food was good as well. It would have been good if Room Heater was provided with the room itself. No lift is available but the staff was very prompt to help with the luggage. Also, My booking was a travel agency & not independently via online sites.
Unprofessionally managed hotel. No intercom. No working tv. Dirty mat. Broken tab in bathroom. Everytime you need to come out of room for any requirement. No person there to attend your requirement. Kitchen is not hygenic. No parking for your taxi. Overall poor rating hotel. Not recommended.
