The Royal Villa And Restaurant - Hotel in Udaipur - Udaipur, India

"The Royal Villa Hotel" ABSOLUTELY disgusting, Worst experience ever in life time. We booked this hotel just 3 days before our stay through Stayzilla and paid full amount there only. Huge communication gap between hotel hire management and hotel staff. Lady from Hire management of the hotel committed for one big family room with 2 king size bed to accommodate 6 adults and one year old kid. Hotel staffs were not aware of anything, where we spoke with lady from hire management 3 times regarding our booking. Check in time was 12 noon we reached at 8pm and we waited for 40mins. Hotel staffs were too lazy and they were not aware of family room booking. The thing that really got me extremely mad was after 1 hr discussion they gave us just 1 small room with only 1 bed to accommodate 6 ppl which was not acceptable atall, Where we paid full amount before only. But that time we really didn't had any other choice as Hotel location is in outskirts area, very far from city. It's in between all industrial area. You can't go alone out side of the hotel, It was very scary at night, No street lights, No vehicle, you can't find anything in 2km. All you can see is marble cutting factories and marble cutting and selling shops. Lots of noise of marble cutting throughout day and night. Location is worst. "Room"That room had a broken toilet and non working flush. Bathroom and toilet pot was very very dirty, stinking and horrible. We couldn't use it. We just stayed there for 7hrs in the night and in very early morning 5am we did checkout. Restaurant's kitchen was also very yukky, we just ate apple n spent night. I will never go there again !!! It was terrible night!!!Don't be fooled and cheated. This place and staff has nothing to do with Costumer satisfaction, and the service was very very poor. Staffs are rude and not listening atall. I do not recommend this hotel and suggest to avoid it. We had an amazing time in Udaipur but this hotel incident was very disturbing. It gave very negative impact and disturb my mood. It's just the warning for other travelers, so you can avoid a lot of stress and problems! I am not a complainer or a needy person, but I have stayed in a hotels which were more accommodating than this hotel. Stay away from "The Royal Villa Hotel"

Very bad hotel. Oyo can not responsible for room booking and hotel is not give permission to book hotel from oyo site. Bad experience on 31st December 2019. Due to this we have to pay more money and book another hotel. We have planned before 15days and book this property. Also this property is very far from canter of pichola lake and no connectivity for transportation.

Very disappointing service here. You will not find any clean towel, bedsheet. If are coming in Early morning make sure you have appropriate contacts in thw hotel otherwise you may have to wait outside 1-2 hrs

All the rooms are neet and clean or beautiful.. Especially balcony ...one thing is very important is that ,.its budget hotel .entire royal Villa team is very cooperative...

Guys please don't visit this 3rd class hotel, room service is very poor & room stinks very badly, bathroom is also not clean. Even they don't provide drinking water.

Very bad experience we had there.... As I had a confirmed booking with 6guets,when we reached there the rooms they showed us were so unhygienic n messy also with a foul smell ...

best budget hotel in udaipur, covered with hills and beauty of nature, The roof top restaurant is too good with big led screen.

The royal villa hotel and restaurant is good place for stay and food quality is too good .staff also very kind and gentle...
