I went here today. The service was very poor and all the food was cold. The staff were not at all listening. But the food was only a bit tasty. The location was ok ok.

This place only has interior and exterior. but in terms of service, their servers and staff has no manner at all. About zero hygiene. Food was terrible , they're just charging a lot for something they should be charging at least 4 times cheaper . I did not find any reason to pay that much at that place .
Overall it's a decent place. Ambiance is good, place is big. You can enjoy dinner with friends and family but.. food could be better. Food was not bad but it was not that good. We ordered soups, sizzler, punjabi food, Hyderabad biryani. All was "OK". Also staff needs to be trained properly. Their behaviour was good but They are slow and not so focused on customers. And price is very high compared to their service and food.

Very good place for family and couple outing. Very good fine dine experience. We visited restaurant there. Taste is ok to good in different items. Don't rely on their staff for suggestions as all they have is imagination and not experience.
I had planned a surprise birthday for my fiance and had also planned a candle light dinner. I don't have words to describe (live view) the perfect dinner date for special one , omg it was so beautiful , decoration amazingly done by entire TRR Team, They have everything for surprise or parties, music system, supportive team, Special thank to MR. Deepak Singh manager of The Royal Retreat. He had put efforts to make this surprise special. One can customise themes accordingly as per choices, I personally customised my surprise date. As they promised it was worth the price. Ambiance is good, the views and place is couple friendly also, food was tastier, best place to make your day special. I do recommend this place for your big day without any regrets,
