staff is very good, Food is very best. I stayed 02 Night at this hotel but the issue was that there is no option for the rooms. If you select deluxe room then hotel staff decided which rooms allocated to you. They can not asked to the customer this is ok for you or choose another. This is the worst experience. If you are you planning for the choose this hotel then asked hotel person for give the option of rooms and which one i am choosing decide by me only not the hotel person.

Had a supremely lovely time in this hotel. Room was super clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and neat. The food was outstanding. Most importantly the service and hospitality here was very memorable. The views from the room balcony and the top floor restaurant are fantastic. Highly recommended.

This hotel is really good. The rooms are really cozy and spacious, washroom was also very neat and clean, food is really tasty, staff is very courteous and polite, the manager is a gentleman and very helpful!! The chefs and the staff always takes your feedbacks so that they can improve more and more! The views are really mesmerising and the balconies of the rooms are also really spacious you can easily enjoy the view and sip tea. The restaurant area comes with an additional space with huts type structure made to enjoy the view and have your meal. The 2 days stay was really memorable, would recommend this hotel for anyone who comes to Shimla.

Superb experience. In this super property. Everything was just perfect. Staff was so cooperative.. They made the starting of our himachal tour just beautiful. Cherry on the cake is their food.. You should book the package with breakfast and dinner. Food is yummillious their.staff member Arun ji was very helpful and cooperative person.

We stayed here for 3 nights in beginning of June 23, Our experience right from booking till exit was the best ever. Supportive front office and service staff, very professional and Exellent quality of food. Safe , secure and cleanliness as good as any 7 star property. Value for money

I stayed for 4 nights with my husband and 2 years old kid. My experience was very good. Staff is very humble. Rooms are clean. I would like to appreciate staff duty in dining area, they do their best. My baby is very young so they provide food according to baby need. I think this is best hotel in shimla.
