One of the best hotel in the districts of Bihar ( non-tourists place). I am staying from 2018. Although in my last vist I find rooms are not that well maintained as per the Royal Phular standard, but service is always very good. Well behaved staff, good food. You will enjoy you stay. One more thing, the cafeteria is awesome.
Very disappointed! Just went to had dinner and waited for literally an hour but no one was there to attend...they just gave seats to the people standing in the restaurant . Do you guys expect us to stand there and wait to get a seat?? had an good impression of this hotel but it changed today..

Went for dinning only. Was there multiple times. But yesterday the service and food was not up to the mark... Hope they will maintain their standard in food as well as service.

It was a memorable experience ambience and food was awesome and the staff especially Mr.Shambhu was very well behaved and polite while dealing with us. Manager Mr. Vikas was also very active and was personally seeing all the guests which is rarely found. One should surely give it a try.
It was a very pleasant stay . Very good experience at this property due to special care by the front office team leading by Mr Abhijit ji . Rooms are your bed size. Suffocation inside room as there is no AC in the corridors. No fan in the room means if your AC is off you will be out. Fish items are mostly rotten. Although service staffs try to do their best with the available resources. One thing is good that all the staff are well dressed suited & booted.
