We were assured that the puppy will be checked with vet and will be absolutely fit and will be provided with a chart of his feed.. after buying the puppy and coming to home we found tick on the body , the food chart given to us was up to the standards, it was dahi and chas.? The puppy stopped eating in just 2..3 days.. and had to take him to a vet doctor. I request please be more sincere. Not satisfied with the service for sure..

Came with no products!! and one man came who was so scared of my already muzzled dog!! Gave the dog a shave myself and a bath also! Paid them for nothing!!

I bought a Persian Cat (Male) and extremely satisfied with the quality and services. This is one of the best shop in town for pets and supplies. All the services are on time and with no stress atol. The have the best breeds with heavy bone and pure quality pets. The owners here very polite and helpful in any regards always. Thank you Royal Pets for adding me to your pet family.

Unprofessional behaviour, I booked an appointment 11.30 am for my dog's grooming and I was told to be there at 12, after reaching I called again because the place was still closed and after calling them I was told to wait for a call back, I received a call and they informed me that the grooming person cannot be there and it will take 1/1 and a half hours for him to be there.

You'll get each and every thing about pets here. They have best quality pups and kittens. They also offer gerat discount on food. Must visit place for every need of your pet.

Review regarding kennel. Whatever is shown in the photos and video and the reality is far away from each other .if you visit the kennel you can see that the swimming pool has not been cleaned for many months. The place stinks but the most disturbing thing is that they don't care about your pets as they portrait or tell you .My personal experience is after keeping my dog in this kennel for 10 days I got a call on the 5th day that she ran away and they were unable to trace her. In many telephonic conversation I was constantly told that we are trying very hard and almost 4 people are looking out for her but are unable to trace her. After coming on 10th day to the city I was able to find my dog in the surrounding village area within 30 minutes and the most Ironic thing is it was just at 2 minutes distance from the kennel that itself clear everything ,the owner was good enough to take all the responsibility for the mishap and also refunded our entire sum back without asking it from our side.

Royal pets kept their promise. Handed over the paper though it was delayed. He did his best to achieve papers in time but unfortunately couldn't get in time due tech reasons.Vinay thanks for the papers and everything. I apologise for my earlier review,as it was just out of frustration.kindly ignore it. All the best Royal pets n keep the good work continue.

I have not received papers for my dog, it has been 7 months and more now. Even when we got our dog there was a huge fiasco wherein the owner was unprofessional yet again.
