I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were comfortable, the service was exceptional, and the food was delicious and served promptly. However, the only drawback was the parking situation. Therefore, I would rate it 4 stars overall

Our Family had an Opportunity to visit Haldwani for some personal reasons for which we stayed at The Royal Hotel for few days becouse it was very close to our area of interest. Rooms were delightfully done,they were Airy and Hygienic with a pleasent view of the nearby hills from the adjacent balcony which made our mornings beautiful. I must say their Luxury room did matched many 5 star accommodations we have have experienced earlier. Food was hygienically prepared and served as per our choice and tasted good. We felt pretty safe as there's a bank in the ground floor of the property and we could roam around with our valuables unnoticed. Market place was a stones throw away where you get almost everything you may need. Gym, Spa, Salon et al was all close by. Exceptional care was given by the staff to the entire family (Toddler to the senior citizens. ) They even arranged and came for our pick and drop noticing that we had a toddler with us. There is always a scope of improvement and that zeal to do even better was quite evident from the short conversation we had with the owner. What we earned are the memories of Unprecedented Hospitality with a personal touch by the Staff and the Owner of The Hotel . We thank them for this and will surely revisit and recommend the property. Wishing them well for their future endeavors!!

We recently stayed in this hotel . We were traveling towards nanital but due to massive traffic we relocated to haldwani. Hotel staff was wonderful and real human . They allowed our small pet to check in and charged 500 for pet which was acceptable. Food was amazing and hotel rooms are really amazing .

It's an amazing place at a great location with beautiful views. Seems like each and every piece has been very thoughtfully curated by the owners. Whatever food we could try is simply outstanding and the services are at par with industry standards. We stayed here for 2 nights and the experience was sublime, we just felt at home with the hospitality extended to us. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Great venue for organising small get together or functions. Its hall is quite spacious and has a great view. The staff and owner are both very cooperative and friendly people. Food is delicious. My experience here of hosting a get together was a fantastic one.

It was a great and comfortable stay in Hotel. The owner of the Hotel was very helpful and did listen to all our needs patiently and provided resolution to them.. Recommended !
