Rooms are not soo good as per price. Avg room but charge was too high. At the same price once can get 3star hotel. And the behaviour of a staff was not soo good bcoz I asked for water to on but they didn't done. And we have just stay half a day and they were charging extra.
Wonderful place to spent time with ur close wants . Great Room Services could be better.
The location of the place is apt, the staff is very friendly and the place has good vibes. As far as food is considered, there are both good and not so good things about their food. Can't comment on non-vegetarian food but the veg food over here was not totally up to the mark if you are looking for plain home-made food. Good thing is they have lots of varieties and whatever you order is readily available thanks to their cooperative and professional staff.
*Tried the diner in here. *To start with, the ambience of the hotel is really good, with an amalgamation of cool and warm tones. *For starters, ordered a CCBC for Rs 235 per plate. It tasted average, could have been a bit saucier, and the coating on the babycorn was huge, the babycorn itself seemed insignificant. *For the main course, ordered the CHELLO KEBAB NON VEG PLATTER for Rs 595 which consisted of 6 varieties of kebabs, including one of fish, a vegetable pulao, sauteed vegetables and a sunny side up egg. The kebabs tasted brilliant and overall the platter was more than average. *Customer service could improve, waiting time was obnoxiously long. *proper sanitary bathrooms.
Stay was fantastic, behaviour of each and every employee shows that how to run a hotel business. Hotel has in-house restaurant and food quality was also fantastic. All staffs were very helpful in any point of time with quick service.Rooms were neat and clean and quite spacious along with all minimum required amenities. Overall hotel tariff is justified as it was a budget hotel in town.
