Pathetic behaviour of staff & no hospitality sense at all. I am staying from last 7 years on monthly basis for almost 2 nights in hotel but these days services are becoming pathetic, Breakfast closing time is 10am & restaurant say no to me just because of 2min delay & Mr.Prakash restaurant guy not even ready to give on ala carte. His behaviour was rude & even receptionist not said anything to him & charged tarrif of room with free breakfast. I finally checked out immediately. Very very poor hospitality now a days, plz don't stay in this hotel. Jalandhar has better options in lesser tarrif.

Very comfortable rooms. The size and essence of the room is very good. The food quality was unexpectedly poor and not at all value for money. The location of the hotel is great. The staff is very friendly. Has a very good spa centre too, to relax you. The Mojito Bar provides you with all kinds of drink. The buffet breakfast quality was great.

I had a great time in this hotel...the staff was so polite and respectful that it really made my day. And the food provided by hotel was also really tasty and at a reasonable rate...The staff of the salon was also very polite and talented. Many thanks to Baljit and her staff for doing such a great hairstyle. If I visit Jalandhar again, I will surely stay in your hotel only.

Not a good hotel. Every time I ate their food I feel sick. Location is within the city so their is congestion due to traffic and also the hotel is not much spacy.

A great stay at this place, I have been to this hotel twice and both the experiences have been great. The hotel staff is courteous and are very friendly towards guests. The hotel restaurant serves good food and a great variety of breakfast which is delicious. Being close to a market and having useful shops and eateries nearby makes it a very good choice to stay in Jalandhar.

The hotel is in a mall. Nice neat spacious rooms. Good bathroom with hot water facility. Underground parking available. Domino's also present with their mouth watering pizzas. Unfortunately the breakfast was pathetic. Everything was cold. In Spite of being a buffet breakfast everything had to be ordered. The room on third floor is just below the gymnasium and stay in the room was torturous as late in the evening and early morning could hear the noise from gym. .

It's worth staying here. Beautiful rooms and very decent and professional staff. Special thanks to their chef who served us in early morning at 5:30 specially. Their bakery is also very good. All food us yummy. And they are quite economical also. Value for money and thank to staff.
