The Royal Castle Resort & Convention Center - Resort hotel in Ishvariya - Rajkot, India

Horrible. Avoid at all cost. Dingy unclean and unhygienic rooms. Nothing is working. Their kitchen is totally dirty. People might fall sick after eating. On top of that the management is horrible. When I complained they just kept showing me other dirty rooms. No one stays here. Looked eerie and we felt unsafe.

Here are some of the features that I liked: * The staff was courteous and helpful. * The room was clean and spacious. * The hotel provided the essential items such as towels, toiletries, and Wi-Fi.

Awesome Resort and a very beautiful place The rooms are very clean , comfortable and well maintaned . Excellent food & beverage service , very help full & friendly staff and respect to customer and restaurant is very awesome and good wedding lawns & wedding hall.

Food very hygienic and testy best quality ever compare to all Rajkot hotels also staff behaviour and service very nice but room space and amenities quality improve but generally good place out of the city

One of the best places to have a wedding on the outskirts of Rajkot with more than 50 rooms , Banquet, swimming pool, large 2 gardens and many more. The staff is very cooperative. Prices are a little High but you can negotiate. The area is very open and it feels very good.

Hotel Not Good!!. The resort is around 15 Km away from Rajkot City. Complimentary Breakfast and Welcome drink was included in my booking for (3 adults+1Child)persons. Resort looks like a society with Villas. Receptionist didnt' have any clue about my booking. No welcome drink was served. On arrival at my room, Mobile signal went off. I tried contacting reception but the Landline intercom was not working. For everything we had to rush to reception. Swimming pool and Children play area is also not maintained properly. No mug in the bathroom. No Buffet Breakfast. 2 cups of tea cost me Rs.367/-. The overall experience was Bad. I will not recommend this resort to anyone and staying at home is better than staying here.
