The Royal Casa - Resort hotel in Ludhiana - Ludhiana, India

It's a good property with lovely rooms. We had a wonderful stay. The staff was helpful & service was upto the mark. Only constraint is the distance from the city, but it was manageble by UBER. There are restaurants near the Hotel also, but the Hotel provided us with many food options so we didn't opt out. Overall a good stay.

Stayed with the family and booked this hotel last moment. Rooms were fine... service was also great. It's rooftop is amazing, you can enjoy your food and party. Staff was polite and patient and very helpful.

Nice hotel with good roof top restaurant. Food quality is also nice. Negative is that none of the rooms has balcony.

Stay was so great. Services are so quick and staff is so friendly. Food is the best thing here they have a great food that's too tasty. Rooms are great. Room are totally budget friendly. Very comfortable bed . All required amenities during the stay are placed in the room before checking in. Over all great stay

The rooms are very nice and clean. Basic facilities in washrooms are not available like geysers,buckets,mugs etc. Very slow service. They took more than 1 hour to arrange for our breakfast. Breakfast quantity is not up to the mark. For 4 people they have given 4 parathas only.

Royal Casa do reflect in quality of team work that they furnish in terms of their services....a blend of good food , hospitality unparallel so some of the best in the business. Wonderful meals and a great warmth in dealing with customers.worth 10/10 performer

The property is new, comfortable bed with good clean linen, amenities are ok. As there is no restaurant the breakfast is managed from outside so it's just ok types, parantha with curd and tea no other option. The major problem in the property is that there is no ventilation entire floors in the property are closed frome all sides. Worst for Claustrophobic persons (Fear of Enclosed Spaces). In fact it is true also if in case of fire or emergency there is no exit.... If someone smokes in one room it stays in the entire hotel. They owner should take note of this and should try to make provision of this drawback. Rest all is fine.

Hotel staff is good. Service is average.
