Today was my first time getting a haircut at Roots. Bishal Raj, my hairstylist, exhibited a remarkable level of expertise. He carefully listened to my preferences and offered valuable suggestions, ultimately delivering a haircut that exceeded my expectations. His attention to detail and skillful execution truly impressed me, and I left the salon feeling elated with my new look. Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable. I will undoubtedly be returning for future services and will highly recommend Roots to my friends and family.

I recently visited this salon for a hair spa, and I must say that my overall experience left much to be desired. While there were some positives, the negatives outweighed them significantly. Let's start with the positive: the scalp massage was genuinely relaxing and enjoyable. However, my visit took a turn for the worse when it came to the hair treatment itself. I have naturally tangled hair, and I expected the staff to be patient and gentle while detangling it. Unfortunately, they were quite rough and impatient, which left my scalp feeling sore and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the final result of the hair spa was far from satisfactory. My hair lacked the smoothness and shine that I had hoped for. I appreciate the effort put into the massage, but when it comes to a hair spa, the end result is what truly matters. Sadly, in my case, it fell short of expectations. I hope the salon can improve its hair care techniques and customer service in the future.

Amazing experience. Despite it being new, they have very experienced staff. The staff were very friendly and the Salon was very clean and had a beautiful ambience. They also have Ayurvedic services which I am to try the next time I'm here. This place will be my go-to salon from now.

Had a nice experience in Roots spa. Thanks to Lily who was extremely courteous and professional throughout the entire process. Since our appointment took a bit longer, she ensured that me and my wife got refreshments and kept us comfortable throughout the process. Highly recommend their service.

I've been going here for a bit over a year, and i am someone that's extremely picky about my haircuts and how my beard shld look... And since I first came here, the stylist Vibin bro, he was absolutely amazing every time. Every time he leaves me with consistent cuts and goes beyond my expectations. Even the last time I was there, half way through my beard styling, the electricity got cut.... We waited for a while but then Vibin got the rest of the staff and my friend to shine their phone flashes on me while he finished my cut and i was skeptical but once I was at home, I saw that the cut and my beard was absolutely flawless. Genuinely will keep going here as long as i can.

Very nice service done by Sana. She was patiently doing my hair spa and dandruff treatment with very good care. Would give 5 stars and must visit again.
