The hotel was good, check in was hassle free, the staff was very co operative, the room was also very nice and similar to what i expected from the photos, facilities and amenities were also cool. Overall a great experience. Complimentary breakfast is a must to choose option God food & cooperative staff. Nice location

We visited The Roman Park restaurant yesterday and it was a sheer disappointment . Just to clarify rooms and stay aren't my concerns the issue concerns the restaurant. First of all I must say that change of staff has brought a havoc deterioration in the service as well as the food. Secondly, there is no coordination between the staff, the one who is taking orders and the ones who are serving. If the customer customises the order and it's timing, the staff takes full responsibility to mess it up. We ordered crispy corn( salt and pepper without sauce), they brought lovely corn (saucy) although I returned it. We ordered salted fresh Lime soda they brought sweet, we told them to bring the soda first and then the main course and they brought the main course exactly when I didn't want it that too just the paneer without naan after instructing them several times to bring the both together, we ordered sugarless tea, they gave sweet tea.....I mean is this what a restaurant should project when they claim to be such high and mighty and their menu price is hyped unreasonably unnecessarily with a mediocre taste as compared to other restaurants in Bhilai? We didn't enjoy a bit, very poor Service!

First Impression is the best Impression and this is achieved by every one of them in the hotel. Everytime for anything, staffs swiftly responded with smile and without any hesitation. Service is good from the beginning to the end of stay. Very much satisfied in the first attempt.

I am very lucky that I came to your hotel. The management of your hotel is very good. The facilities in your hotel are good as compared to other hotels. I would like to thank the staff of your hotel. And I will be thankful to Miss Muskaan because she guide us very well.

I stayed in Roman park in Durg with my husband from 24/8/23-7/9/23. We were pleasantly surprised to find a nice hotel like that in Durg as we have had many bad experiences staying elsewhere previously. We would highly recommend Roman park as the staff are excellent. Very polite and go out of their way to help and please the customers. Any small hiccups we had they dealt very efficiently and professionally. Staff in the restaurant are great and have to mention Lilesh and Mohith at the reception for all the support and help. We will definitely be staying in Roman park on our next visit.

The Roman Park is an amazing place. I'm so happy that I choose this place for my brother's wedding. All the team members from owner to the lower staff are supportive and welcoming. Thank you everyone to make my brothers wedding as a grand and successful ceremony. My all functions happened smoothly. The ambience is mesmerising, food are amazing, staff are helpful, place is neat, clean and stunning too. My all relatives & guests are also happy with each and everything of this place. I know some restrictions are there but I believe that is necessary to maintain the cleanliness and dignity of that place. So, I highly recommend to choose this place for any type of event.
