Profound Disappointment - A Review of Riverfront Resort Chitrakoot Rating: (1/5) My recent stay at Riverfront Resort Chitrakoot was nothing short of a profound disappointment. It is with a heavy heart that I write this review, as my expectations were shattered during my time at this establishment. From the moment we checked in, my family and I were met with a lackluster and unwelcoming atmosphere. The receptionist's attitude set the tone for our entire stay, and it was nothing short of disheartening. Instead of the warm hospitality one expects, we were treated with indifference and a lack of interest in our well-being. Despite extending our stay, there was no effort from the staff to make us feel valued as guests. The entire experience was characterized by the recitation of policies rather than genuine care for our comfort and satisfaction. We were left disheartened by the complete absence of hospitality. Dining at the resort was equally disheartening. On a day when the restaurant was far from busy, the chef failed to provide any assistance or recommendations, leaving us to fend for ourselves. This lack of engagement and support further contributed to our disappointment. Our room also had its share of issues, including a significant AC leakage that not only disrupted our comfort but also raised concerns about safety and maintenance. The disheartening realization that these issues were not promptly addressed left us feeling neglected and unimportant. To add to our disappointment, the water bottles were not adequately replenished in our room the next morning. When we raised this concern with the receptionist, we were met with the audacity of being told that this was not in line with the hotel's policies. This lack of basic courtesy and service left us deeply disheartened. In summary, my stay at Riverfront Resort Chitrakoot was profoundly disappointing. The indifference, unwelcoming attitude, and lack of hospitality, especially from the receptionist, made our experience disheartening from start to finish. This is not what one expects when staying at a resort. I sincerely hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and strives to provide a more welcoming and hospitable environment for future guests.

Deluxe rooms are too small for the price. Bathroom taps doesn't work properly. Even the water stopped coming in the morning. Reception staff is rude and unprofessional. Even the rooms didn't have basic amenities. No proper staff for picking and dropping the luggage. And the location is too far away from the focul chitrakoot. Too expensive but the stay is not worth it at all with inexperienced and rude staff.

When you visit Chitrakoot, on the way/ within city you might feel a little low looking at the condition and maintenance of Chitrakoot. But this hotel and premises is amazing. Rooms are good and clean, each room has a balcony with stone like finish. Restaurant serves delicious food.

Visited on 7th September 2023. 1- Available deluxe room size were too small. AC didn't cool. Though the manager changed the room but in 2nd room also Water started dropping in side the room from AC indoor unit. Toilet was stinking badly. 2- Room booked with Garden view, but given room were facing backside under construction stuff. 3- Food were tasty & handful.

Very poor test of food, they don't know even how to cook dry vegetables, even may be chefs is very unable to cooking process. I am very disappoint every time, please never go there

We had a very good experience with the courteous, professional team of River front resort. They have handle our event extremely well, I would like to give a special compliment to Mr. Ankit Bhadauria (GM) of this hotel is very hospitable personality .

Today i m stay in this hotel No bread butter in hotel I ask tea with butter bread there is no bread In this hotel I was complaint yesterday evening ac is not working but there is no resposnse by hotel staff 1 nightbi spend but now 2 night is going on but there is no response Agar ac nahi chalata hai Then i will upload videos all the social network

No one even came to the car to pick up the luggage. Towels were not given when asked they said that washing was not done. The positive is that the food is ok Breakfast of Puri bhaji is recommended.
