Overcrowded, long wait for breakfast table. Housekeeping had to be reminded to clean the room. First day I by mistake switched on the do not disturb sign, next day the room wasn't some when I returned at 5 pm. Average service, reasonable rooms.
The ambience was really good and the food tasted exceptional. My only issue was that the place was understaffed, while they were polite, the food arrived a bit late. If you're willing to kick back and have a relaxing high-tea, this is the place to visit!

It is on the left side of the main entrance of the Residency hotel. It is a compact restaurant with few tables and I recommend you to book prior, if you are planning to visit. The hotel had valet parking and we entered the Right place. The ambience was pleasant with dull lights. Service was amicable but it took a long time even for simple things. Podi Idli was amazing along with honey chilli vegetables. Lime juice was bitter but the podi onion uthappam was too large in size and exceeded our expectations. They had a variety of vegetarian and non vegetarian items, pasta and noodles, fried rice to Biriyani. They also serve liquor on order. We had a wonderful time and it ended with tasty coffee.
