Stayed there for 2 nights. I'm never going to stay there again. Unclean bedcovers, bedsheets, pillow covers, and towels. The bathtub is dirty. Very poor maintenance. The entrance looks grand like some 4-star hotel, but then don't judge a book by its cover. The lady receptionist is rude in her attitude and disposition. The only good thing is food and the behavior of the kitchen staff. Considering the location of the hotel, it can improve itself.
Breakfast was tasty however options were limited. Some sort of smell like of kerosene or paint keeps on coming in the washroom, it can be of cleaner used too. Overall a good hotel to stay in.
Terrible Service and Hospitality. More than 25 years old rooms and no changeovers at all. Not at all a preferred stay. They took full amount from us for 3 nights and told us to vacate on second day even after making the payment. Very unethical way to treat the customers
I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights , rooms are unclean and in worst no proper Service. The a/c is in worst condition and it doesn't work properly, the bathroom is also in worst condition.

The hotel looks amazing from outside. There is a saying, never judge a book by it's cover. So, when you enter the hotel, the common hall is a good shadow of a 3 star hotel. But it's nothing like outside when u go inside. I payed for twin bed room but got a single double bed. The room had 3 Switch boards from which non were in the usable condition. AC was at its worst condition. I stayed in the summer season where ac doesn't work, i guess it makes no sense of paying for such room. A room which also had mosquitoes due to lack of cleanliness. Food was pretty OKAY. The bed and shower was nice. The hospitality was bad over all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone else. Thank you.
