Worst Experience ever...
The Orignal name of the park is RETREAT there is no SPLASH water park as shown on the Google map.
First of all, it's very far from the location & it will end within 0.5 seconds when you will enter in the water park.
Cons-
*No amusement
* Food is too expensive and has no taste.
* Water ride is too small and has only 5 tubes.
*Tiles are broken under the pool you will hurt through pieces of stones.
* No mirror in the washroom, only curtain in the changing room & they all swing so they don't give you privacy.
Pros- DJ is good & RJ has a good playlist & the only part where you will entertain is when the wave comes at 2 PM & 4:45 PM.
Pro tip- Don't go for a cheaper option because of its price. Swimming pools will give you much more fun compared to this.
Closer to Taj Mahal parking. Rooms was stinking. Very poor room service.

Placed at a comfortable distance from the city on GT karnal road. However, because of too many banquet Hall's nearby and a national highway, expect huge traffic while coming back. Location is good, big open ground and also a big happy in case it rains. Bathroom conditions can be improved
Pathetic experience. Last minute the hotel back out on confirmed booking seeking departmental issues leaving us stranded. Don't ever book in this hotel if u don't want to face last minute problems of not having any hotel booking. This was done through goibibo. They have not even bothered to inform us. It was we who called up to inform about the late check-in and got this surprise !
I have visited here N numbers of time but from last 6 months there was a change of staff and manager was very rude, food quality was really bad... they really least bothered about the services they are given, I never preffer to visit here again...
Had visited the resort for a friend's wedding. Only visited the party lawn and the arrangements were good. The lawn was quite spacious and had ample parking.
The staff is good. But they lack in numbers. So the service lags sometimes. The hotel is ok. But the restaurant is pretty good.
Hii today I went to retreat hotel for lunch I ordered one chilly chicken dry but they give me a some different meat I think it was pork / beef so after I meet to chef than only he makes paneer chilly plz be insured whatever you make it recheck I had big problem
