This is a great property for parties, it was a great experience. The host ( H & J ) was kind and supportive throughout our stay. This place is definitely worth a visit very much natural. Overall Awesome Experience

We were a group of 5, all set for a unwinding, relaxing weekend, preferably by a poolside! The listing matched our preference and the stay matched our expectation!!! It is a well maintained property with all the basic amenities available. Every corner of the house was absolutely clean and hygienic. The caretaker was also very helpful! An excellent weekend get away to de-stress with friends or family!!

Was a great experience at 'The retreat by Walia's'. We were a group of college teens, couples, an elderly as well as a notorious pet. Beyond our expectation the stay had something or the other for every one. From energetic sessions with football/basketball/at pool to mesmerising stars gazing and sunrise, it was jus amazing. Lights setup in the garden area was beautiful corner to capture our lil celebration. While presence of super host and humble house assistance much added to the comfort.

It was an amazing experience to stay with family at this peaceful place. It has all the amenities and eager to help staff. The cook prepared delicious food accordingly to our specifications. I would highly recommend this place and also would not miss any opportunity to visit again and again. Thanks Jyotsna for being a perfect host.

The hosts are extremely gracious and makes you feel at home. Day began with refreshing swim in the pool, followed by hearty homemade breakfast. Will visit again for sure.

I had booked this property for my daughter's birthday celebration but this celebration was turned out to be horrible. 1. Safe drinking water not available - After booking property owner calls and tell RO not working only boaring water available so you have to carry your drinking water. 2. My booking included breakfast but owner tells that this is mistake of MMT but they do not provide complimentary breakfast you have to pay for it. 3. Electricity- no electricity available when we checked in and after the electricity was there at 6PM none of the AC was working due to low power so they told us to pay 5000 for gen set as power back but we denied as the electricity was there but not a single AC was not working as property only have 2KW of connection. 4. After a 2 hour long discussion with MMT at the time of birthday celebration time which ruined my memories, owner agreed to provide genset but now a new discovery that AC only work in 3 rooms out of 4 so we have to manage in 3 rooms for 15 people. 5. Basic hand wash not available in any of the wash room. 6. Lizard and insect were there in every room. 7. Pool is only refeiled for next guest. So if you were enjoying on the check in day you have to use same dirty pool next morning ( because if kids come out and go in they will have dirt stuck in there feet and in night so many insects were there in water) they will only refil for next guest. 8. Property details include 3 king bed, 1 queen bed, 4 double bed, 4 single bed and 15 seater sofa in living room but they all are fake. No living room and 15 seater sofa available as mentioned on the property details. Only double beds available in each of the 4 rooms. One single bed was there in kitchen. Only 5 extra mattress were available 9. Check in time mentioned was 2 but we reached 12:45 as we were not aware about the traffic situation so owner has the issue with early check in even though the property was not booked on the previous day. Even a 7 star resort does not disallow you to reach the place early they may give you room at mentioned time but they are not bother about your early reach at the property. 10. They took the refundable security deposit at the time of check-in but now I have to do many follow up to get my money back and they are having different charges in the name of professional cook which was called without my confirmation and was sent back when I denied while reaching the property 11. Toilets were not clean and hygein were missing. 12. They booked the cook without my info. Which I cancel after reaching the property but they charged me 2500/ for cook all the basic cooking were done by inhouse person however only 800/- was mentioned on booking details. 13. There is so much communication gap and misunderstanding between caretaker, supervisor and the host. Overall I will rate it as the worst stay of my life.
