I booked a room 15 days before and paid. I was During check in they said room not available and not possible to give room. Iam with family for this situation. Staff and manager also very rude talk. No one take responsible.

Bathrooms were not that clean. There is a bar downstairs, so there are lot of people using the same lift. i wouldn't recommend this hotel for family. Elevator/Lift is too small. Only 4 people can use it at once. Car Parking is too small as well. No food available. No water bottles provided. AC remotes were not working.

The staff is very cordial. Especially Mr. Rajan was very helpful. The way to the Hotel is separate so there is no nuisance. And the most important is the location. Adjacent to the Bus Stop. I came to Chennai with my students to participate in the FIDE Rated Chess Tournament. Travelling to our playing venue was very convenient.
Comfortable room and friendly staff!! Infact, I somehow missed my gold ring in their hotel . I was somehow feeling it's gone and I'm not gonna get back at all. Mr.Sudhakar - house keeping staff diligently collected it and returned back. Thanks to him and the entire team for helping and returning my valuable.
Prime location, very easy to access. Rooms were very tidy and spacious with cupboards to store luggage. Doesn't feel like a hotel, feels more like a furnished bedroom. Great service and hospitality!
