The ReLyn Suite - Hotel in Shillong - East Khasi Hills, India

I must say the hospitality the owner of the hotel name David gave was just out of the blue and his team of dynamic staffs were so helpful in every way possible when I needed their services. The hotel has a very friendly budget per room for all guests. The room service is fantastic and the view from the swimming pool and dinning hall site is mesmerising specially at night and early morning. Where safety is concerned I rate hundred percent safety. I recommend any guests coming from India and abroad to stay in this luxurious hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The hygiene of any hotel is important and the owner has made sure that this is his top priority. The mangers Manish and the lady were so friendly. Each and every staff of the hotel made sure we enjoyed our stay in the hotel and really made us like we felt we were at our home. Place is well located. Majority of the staffs are helpful & the room is clean & looks hygienic . The problem is the location & the area it has , its very confusing & hard to park . Moreover we booked but a staff didn't registered it , luckily we got the room since there were still some unbooked rooms. The wifi is terrible it keeps disconnecting. It is not stable & has multiple wifi connection under the same name with little to no difference . Lastly the price at Google was different than the price in actual meet up . But since staffs were kind the day still ended with peace .

Well it's good place to stay.. the room service was good, swimming pool was great... But for big cars like fortuner n endeavour might find it little difficult for parking..and entry.. you can park only 4 or 5 cars under the gate.. and the rest you need to park on the other parking which is i think 50 or 100 meter away from the hotel.. or else everything is great

Polite and friendly staff..food is good just the rice can be bit better( 2 times we got our rice not fully cooked)and portions of food is not so much..overall nice reasonable price hygiene is ok(first night we got a smelly blanket)If the management double check the sheet and blanket it will be perfect

The actual price was more than what was advertised on their website... Vehicle entry narrow. Clean comfortable room, small roof top pool. No bar. Poor WiFi connectivity in the room.

Great place. The prices are high as they have in-house swimming pool and restuarant. But as per the weather except for the dry season, swimming pool is futile as shillong is a place where there is heavy rainfall. Overall great experience.

Hotel stay is nice Break fast is served at top Rooms are clean . Needs some attention in bathroom as there were flies one day Overall good experience . A bit away from market roads are very steep so you can walk here You always need your car

Loved my time at The Relyn Suite. The staffs were very helpful and humble. The rooms were quite comforting, food was exotic and the swimming pool at the roof top was pretty relaxing. Overall the stay was top notch.
