Hotels rooms are clumsy, room service not good, cleaning staff always demand money from customers.
Complimentary breakfast is the worst we had ever.
Only pro sambar tastes AWESOME.
If there is less than one I can suggest that. Before carona means before 2019 I went. Their food and receiving and approch towards customer is good. But now I went family.., but their behaviour their attention and attitude is horrible. If had chance to meet the owner I would complaint. I didn't have time to react. And went to other hotel for food. One line they r concentrated and showing intrest on bar not on family restaurant. Plz don't ever try to spend with family in that regency
First of all the service is quite good. Food is affordable and tasty, limited verities of food is available there. I tried chicken Moghalai biriyani and chicken fry piece biriyani both are Yummy . Next I tried to order ice cream but it is not available there.
Well maintained rooms, good service and excellent location. The whole street feels like a paradise for drinkers
Great place to stay for families. The service has been prompt and the staff has been extremely polite. The suite rooms were the best. The housekeeping, room service, food were all great. Overall we had a great experience and would love to visit again and stay there in the future. Thankyou Mr Suresh for the great reception.
Completely worst .
Room, cleanliness, hospitality, maintainance everything bad. We booked with 3000 including Breakfast. If they are giving 1500 its worthy, because the service is like a lodge.
I think maintainance is not done past 3 yrs
Poor conditions of room. Staff does not understand the language other than Telugu. Room service is worst

Due to such lovely staff people we can come again also.
