Craving for chinese stuck amidst festive season & came across this outlet of Red Oak based in Lok Puram Thane. Photos and reviews looked very promising and decided to give it a shot. Menu consist of authentic chinese cuisine with good varieties. Ordered Chicken Sherpa Fried Rice & Kung Pao Chicken. Delivery was quick and packaging by restaurant was amazing & spillproof. Branding was very evident and nicely done by the restaurant. Presentation was as expected nothing extraordinary. Kung Pao Chicken had generous portions of boneless chicken tossed in a medium spicy sauce mixed with capsicum, onion, lots of peanuts & garnished with sesame seeds on top. Taste was good, love the fact that chicken was moist and soft. Peanuts could be done away with. Chicken Sherpa Fried Rice came in with a chicken gravy to complement the yellowish coloured Fried Rice. Fried Rice again had good quantity of chicken and egg. When rice paired with sauce alongside it, it tasted amazing. Sauce which came alongside also had big chicken chunks and fried noodles. Good dish overall. Overall my first experience with Red Oak has been great. Both dishes were upto my expectations with no complaints. Looking forward to try more dishes. Cheers
Ordered yummy Chinese food from @theredoakindia We tried: 1.) Veg Triple Schezwan Fried Rice: Served with fried rice, fried noodles and Manchurian gravy. Portion size is really good. 2.) Veg Hakka Noodles: The quantity served was really good and tasted delicious. Do add soya sauce to enhance the flavours.
I order triple schezwan rice from the red oak.superb taste,quantity ,quality,made well and delicious,sufficient for 1 people. The person who has less appetite can share and devide into 2 person. The packing is awesome the tiffin box is nice and packed well. In gravy there were 4 Manchurian. Gravy was sufficient enough for rice. Rice was mixed with boiled noodles, fried noodles,lots of veggies and schezwan chutney and always the triple schezwan rice is been served. Manchurian was mouth melting .Not too spicy not too phika. It was a perfect Chinese food I was searching for as im Chinese food lover. I didn't felt like I'm having at home it gave same feeling like restaurant . Awesome do try from here.

Recently ordered from here, Best chinese i ever tried, packaging was also good. We tried : Drums of heaven : lollipop was crunchy and juicy. Its a must try. Quality was good Chicken Triple Rice : It was properly packed, it was topped with egg and crispy noodles. Gravy was also good in taste. I would highly recommend to try this . Taste : Quality : . Chinese food fits in all mood and so did theredoak. Imagine the spicy chicken chilly with the hot tempting fried rice in monsoon. I liked the chicken chilly gravy. It had lots of diced capsicum and onion pieces with non-chewy perfectly cooked chicken pieces. The fried rice can never go wrong.. The diced tender pieces and the beated egg gives it a finishing touch.

I ordered, Chicken Triple Schezwan Fried Rice Drums of Heaven Chicken Triple Schezwan Fried Rice was super yummy served along with a Tangy and Spicy Gravy. It was topped with an omelette.
