I am recently visit with my friend to explore the amritsar and i have experience the worst facilities of the red hotel washroom without light AC is not working the person sit on the reception is my rud the bed the provide is mostly cover with the cockroaches and they bit us it is my worst experience and when i explain my situation with the receptionist he said it is not my responsibility you should pay for the water he have no sense too talk it's not about the ladies it's about how you treat you customer's it is my kindly suggestion to the all not give you priority to this hotel

Amenities written was not there. Gyser not working , A.C. not working, TV not working Had to ask staff for warm water in the morning Staff was good and helped too. Owner of the hotel should service the amenities so that customer can use them. Rest the hotel is good. Hope they will do better in future

Booked 2 rooms for 5 guest via oyo rooms but given only 1 room at the time of check-in with similar amount of 2 rooms and also gave threat regarding kicking out off the checked in room when complained to oyo. Treated very badly at the reception i would suggest not to go there
