Red Gym has been awesome to me. Their trainers are exceptional, the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences.All the trainers are super nice and take interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at.. It's a hard workout with happy people!Definitely recommend and encourage everyone to try it out, you won't be disappointed.In Short, they have everything one could ever want in a gym - CLEAN SPACE, LATEST EQUIPMENTS, EASY PARKING, NICE LOCKER ROOMS, GREAT STAFF.

Great gym for serious people. All types of basic equipment, machines and bars. Pretty hardcore, rough climate which personally You love it . Good music especially in the evenings. A lot of friendly seniors on midday/morning times. Good and supportive crew members and great gym.

Good facilities at affordable prices. The best part is the owner/ trainer who knows what he's doing and is extremely helpful with instructions.
It is recently started in sector 9.There is not enough space in the gym for routine activities. Equipment is latest but it is being run by untrained and unprofessional people . In the beginning it was very hit amongst residents of sector 9 and adjoining colonies but due to bad management and lack of female trainer, slowly females have started avoiding this gym and joined old gyms of the areas.
