The Red Fort Resort - Resort hotel in Satara - Satara, India

Good location, good food but services are terrible. Room sizes are good but the upkeep is bad. You have to ask for everything many times before you get it. No stool in the washroom. TVs were non functional for want of charging their Tata Play. Despite giving the feedback to the owner with our first day experience, nothing changed the next day. One of the main lights of my room stopped functioning, no body turned up despite complaint.

They have the best location. Just 30 mins away from Kaas Plateau. They have amazing views of the mountain and the road leading up to Kaas. The food in their restaurant was amazing in taste. Recommended Chicken Kharada Thali! It was delicious with Tambda-Pandhra rassa, chicken kharda, chicken sukha and bhakri/chapati/rice. We also ordered veg Paneer Handi, Dal, rice and chaas. Everything was tasty. So a big yes for their restaurant in case you are traveling to Kaas Plateau. & all this was very affordable.

Manager was just a showpiece sitting on a reception. Our room was having electricity fluctuations. Not cleaned bathroom Not any towels before we ask them Food was good but sitting area was not cleaned and having spiderweb all over

Worst experience.. we booked this hotel by paying advance amount. But when we reach at the place they said there is no booking available with your name. How come you are taking money in advance not making booking entry? And then suggested us different hotels. We had to go here and there with our small baby.

Worst service seen ever we went to this place we ordered our food and after waiting for more than hour the arrogant manager refused to provide us food saying there's no staff its not safe for families as the manager or owner don't know who he was is soo arrogant also we heard him saying that if the towels are not there give them the used one's.

I stayed at The Red Fort Resort over two days, with family and friends. Had the most amazing time. Everyone from housekeeping to the chef, other staff and managers couldn't have been more accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Difficult to single people out, but the owner Mr. Indrajeet Pawar (such a gentleman) deserve a special thanks for making our stay so memorable. Can't wait to stay again at The Red Fort Resort kaas .

Rooms were not clean. Bathroom specially. Our one of the room's flush not working and they did not even care to fix it. Service was quick but mostly not available we have to always visit reception. NOT VALUE FOR MONEY. Really need to fix electricity issue. Basic things were missing from room. Food was average. Ambience was great. View was great too.

After waiting for more than an hour we didn't get any food or other facilities, worst experience ever , owner is very rude
