Great place for all your custom clothing needs. Staff is helpful and respectful. The guy behind the counter was very professional and courteous. I liked the variety as well as quality, will def become a regular here!
I bought a ready-made suit and requested for alterations to be carried out for a better fit. While the material quality is exceptional, the alteration service wasn't satisfactory. They were unable to get the trouser altered to an acceptable standard despite multiple attempts.
Bad store. Only want to sell you new clothes and not alter the same clothes which were poorly altered earlier. My own wedding Suit was altered and a patch was left un stitched. Better visit Panjim stores with better pricing and offers and definitely better service.
Staff is not friendly at all, especially the old lady on counter. Not manners to talk to a customer. Very arrogant behaviour. No respect at all. Putting down the name of Raymond's. I had a very bad experience, literally that lady came to argue with me because of mask. Horrible experience.
Great store! The store is very clean and efficiently managed. The staff is very helpful and they take time and effort to match with your clothing demands. The quality of fabric is too good. We went to buy a shirt and ended up buying a whole suit. Excellent stuff
All varieties of Raymond shirt piece, pant piece and blazer's available here. You can get readymade shirts and pants also. Tailor is also there if you want to stitch... Service was not good. They should keep young staff also...
Dusty looking shop. No parking. Multi-level. Use the stairs please. Parcels lying all over, must be new stock come in. Cash and Card payment. Had purchased 5 trousers of size 34". Checked labels. All correct. They provide alteration service for adjusting trouser length. Took 3 hours for that. They have a trial room. After a couple washes, found all 5 actually had slightly different waist sizes. Wonder wonder.
Ambience is perfect. People are friendly. Wide ranges of cloth materials , fibres and designs are available. We can either get readymade suits, blazers , trousers or formal shirts from the top floor or we can select design and type of cloth from the Raymond's wide range of cloth materials and get it stitched by their Tailor for custom stitching. I have given a 2-piece suit for stitching. I believe that it is going to be better than I'm imagining it to be. Experience was wonderful.
